LFWK - There was news end of day today confirming the merger and a $10 mil loan was waived. Now you do the math $10 Mil waived = $10 mil made. Hpw much will tat increase the value ?
Also this decession to waive the $10 mil loan speaks the confidence they have in LFWK. obvioulsy they think LFWK has added more value to their company than $10 mill.

MSSI....EPYH....FMLY...all within the next 6 trading days (EOQ) should be looking great!
Okay....here is what we know after today for FMLY.
a S-8 was filed this morning for only 20 million shares to use for the retaining of a legal consultant.Term: The Company shall be entitled to Consultant’s services for reasonable times when and to the extent requested by, and subject to the direction of Mr. Furla. The term of this Consulting Agreement began as of the date of this Agreement, and shall terminate on March 19, 2007. Consultant shall serve as a consultant to the Company on certain film projects, and other projects as may be assigned by George Furla, Chief Executive Officer of the Company on an as needed basis.
After the bell a PR was issued....LOS ANGELES--(BUSINESS WIRE)--March 23, 2006--Emmett/Furla Films, a wholly owned subsidiary of Family Room Entertainment Corporation (OTCBB:FMLY), is pleased to announce that they have joined up with Primetime Pictures to produce "Microwave Park," based on Eugene Hess' original spec. Kelsey Howard ("CRUEL WORLD") will direct. Randall Emmett, George Furla and Todd Nealey ("CRUEL WORLD") will produce. Primetime's Len Evans will executive produce along with Emmett/Furla's M. Dal Walton, III. The picture, which will be financed by Primetime Pictures, is anticipated for production in July. The FMLY co-founders, Randall Emmett and George Furla, believe that they have the expertise and contacts within the entertainment industry, specifically in the competitive development, production and distribution arenas, to profitably acquire content, package product by adding value to the content with top quality talent and arrange with third parties to produce and finance motion pictures which are in the moderate- to higher-level budgets, which can be distributed by those with the expertise to effectively do so to a mass worldwide audience.
So now FMLY has been hired to produce another film and will reap the benefits after its release and at no cost to them at all,its all fees and profits.
