PACEL Announces Additional Acquisition in Maine

PACEL Corporation (OTC Bulletin Board: PCCN) announced today that a letter of intent has been executed with United Personnel Services, Inc.

United Personnel Services, Inc. is a leading professional employer organization located in Maine. The combination of United Personnel Services, Inc. with the previously announced letter of intent executed with World Wide Personnel Services of Maine, Inc. gives PACEL a strong foothold in Maine. The combined annual billing of $11 to $12 million and gross profits exceeding $500,000 provides a strong base from which PACEL can grow the clients.

bought this poc yesterday at .0001....don't tell anyone my vegas play of the day...lol [Embarrassed] (unless of course i make $ on it [Wink] selling at .0004 today hopefully so as not to become a bag holder

10 mms on the bid x 4 ask looking better only one hour left of trading today may not make it to 3's but very well could at open tomorrow
