I don't know as the special shareholders meeting was this past Tuesday the 15th. What this means for CESY is the company has been bought out and the new CEO is going to create a Homeland Security Division that acquires other Homeland Security companies and products. What this means for us shareholders is unknown but it has to be a major money maker for us being acquired by a major Nasdaq company! Once the news hits, it has to send us through the roof in PPS. The company that always gets acquired is the one that soars in price! I stumbled upon this doing a google search to find out what happened at the shareholders meeting. Boom, no news yet so this has to be coming!
