I've been accumulating shares of this for a while now.
Hovering around historical lows. Great entry point IMO. They seem to be doing some good things by focusing on a partnership with a paypal like company to have people pay for porn sites on the internet.

Marc H. Bell and Daniel C. Staton are members of NAFT Ventures I, LLC ("NAFT"), which is the sole member of PET Capital Partners LLC ("PET Capital"). On August 17, 2004 Messrs. Bell and Staton filed a Schedule 13D with the US Securities and Exchange Commission to report that pursuant to a pledge agreement between PET Capital, through an agent, and the Molina-Vector Investment Trust (the "Pledgor"), PET Capital, through its agent, had the right to acquire both voting power and investment power over 954,545,454 shares of the common stock of Penthouse International, Inc. (n/k/a PHSL WORLDWIDE, INC. and referred to herein as the "Company") through the conversion of the pledged securities, consisting of 10,500,000 shares of the Series C Convertible Preferred Stock of the Company (the "Preferred Stock").
In September 2004, PET Capital, NAFT, Mr. Bell, Mr. Staton, the Company and the Pledgor, among others, entered into a settlement agreement pursuant to which the Preferred Stock was released from the pledge and returned to the Pledgor. Therefore, NAFT, PET Capital, Messrs. Bell and Staton do not own any shares of the common stock of the Company.

From March 15th 2004 to now the shares went from 280 Million to 1.23 Billion. This is the cause of the decline. Not sure were bottom is But don't see bottom yet on the charts myself. But Stock at this price do strange things. All it takes is a group or large sudden interest.

I got a proxy from ibdi today they own 49% of penthouse and are raisinf theres to 400,000,000 from 27 mil. Old share holders own 27% of company after the raise. Of course they have 51% of shares so they just send you info telling you what they did. A tied together so I am not playing. Looks like they all make money selling shares. I think ibdi owns 49% of phsl not sure.

I dont think this stock is a short-term hold. I'm accumulating for the future. I keep hearing good things coming from penthouse and their affiliates.

Yeah I am in at .03 from last run. I didnt buy it for a short hold though so its all good. I would love to see this one creep up again little by little for a while. Awful cheap for this company I think.

Does anyone know what will happen to PHSL.pk if Penthouse Media Group (formerly General Media) decides to become a public company? Would PHSL.pk continue to be traded or would the shareholders receive shares of PMG?
