LAS VEGAS, NV -- (MARKET WIRE) -- 12/29/04 -- LIVESTAR Entertainment Group Inc. ("LIVESTAR"
or the "Company") (OTC BB: LVSG) today proudly announced that it has signed
a definitive agreement to acquire 50% of VOXBOX, http://www.myVOXBOX.com,
an exciting new service in the multi billion dollar VoIP market. The
Company expects VOXBOX to be a quality contributor for its 2005 growth
plans.

Ray Prescott, Founder of VOXBOX, stated: "Earlier this quarter the Federal
Communications Commission ("FCC or the "Commission") cleared the way for
increased investment in VoIP services. Specifically, in a FCC press release
in November, the Commission stated that VoIP is not subject to traditional
state public utility regulation. This is a major development for services
like VOXBOX, because, since VoIP services will not be state regulated like
phone companies, their ability to grow and operate with less restriction is
heightened tremendously. The timing of this relationship with LIVESTAR
