(OTCBB:GOBC) and PTS, Inc. under which PTS, Inc. will acquire all of the outstanding stock of Global Links Card Services, Inc. ("GLCS") Upon conclusion of the acquisition, Global Links Card Services Inc. will become a wholly owned subsidiary of PTS.
