AVVAA Signs Manufacturing Agreement to Facilitate Distribution

PHILADELPHIA, July 27 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- AVVAA World Health Care Products, a global biotechnology company offering therapeutic, natural skin and health care products, announced today that it has reached final agreement with Natures Formulae Health Products, Ltd., a Kelowna-based natural products manufacturing facility, to begin production of four core AVVAA skin care products.
AVVAA President CEO Jack Farley said, "We are pleased to have reached final agreement with Natures Formulae Health Products, a company well-versed in best-of-breed manufacturing practices and processes of natural products."

Farley continued, "Contract outsourcing of our manufacturing requirements makes bottom-line economic and logistical sense. They [Natures Formulae] have the capability of manufacturing a variety of products and sizes from 5 ml to 20 litre allowing more of the AVVAA products to be produced in one location. Our presently leased facility in Vernon, British Columbia will now house our distribution and sales centre. But outsourcing manufacturing allows our team to focus on the sales, distribution and marketing throughout North America-and globally of our core products- while further advancing research and development."

Natures Formulae can provide production capacity of 16,000 units per day and is expected to begin production of AVVAA's core skin care products by September 1, 2004. With a retail value of $34.95 per unit, based on 200 production days per year, Natures Formulae is able to produce more than $100,000,000 of product for AVVAA each year.

AVVAA Signs Product Distribution Agreement for the Philippines

PHILADELPHIA, July 22 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- AVVAA World Health Care Products, a global biotechnology company offering therapeutic, natural skin and health care products, announced today that it has signed a letter of intent with Commerz Trading International, a leading distributor and marketer of pharmaceutical products to doctors and dermatologists throughout the Philippines.

Jack Farley, CEO and President of AVVAA World Health Care Products, Inc. said, "We intend to explore all international opportunities which would allow us to quickly dispense products to large patient population countries such as the Philippines. We are exploring a 3-year exclusive distribution agreement including marketing services within the country. Commerz Trading has an established network of more than 6,500 doctors and 900 dermatologists within the Philippines, giving AVVAA an immediate and significant, targeted distribution channel."

The Philippines has a population of more than 76 million people. Sales of skincare products in the Philippines rose to 12.3 million liters in 2002, worth PHP12.5 billion (US$241.67 million). The proportion of skincare products that are premium products has grown from 19.7% in 2001 to 21.7% in 2002. This is largely related to the growth in disposable income among consumers in the Philippines.
