Novamex USA Ltd. V Jacques A. Mayet and Louis Lery
Novamex USA Ltd. has undertaken legal remedies against J.A. Mayet and L.Lery.
Novamex USA Ltd. has filed with the Quebec Superior Court an agreement showing that J.A. Mayet and L. Lery have jointly and severaly sold the Patent PCT/Fr00728 to Novamex USA Ltd
The agreement called for a total payment of $50,000 USD by Novamex to J.A. Mayet and L. Lery as well as to issue a total of 6,000,000 shares of its capital to both sellers.
Novamex has filed with the court the proof of payments as well as the share certificates issued to J.A. Mayet and L. Lery. These were the only conditions to be met by Novamex to acquire the patent from the sellers, both conditions were fullfilled.
Novamex deposited to the Quebec Superior Court a written confession from Jacques A. Mayet stating he has breech his agreement with Novamex.
Following his breech of agreement J. A. Mayet was appointed president of MCD Diagnostics, as cited in the Calgary Herald January 24,2004. At the mean time Both Mayet and Lery claim to have ceased the patent for Canada, USA and Mexico to MCD Diagnostics Inc. from Calgary where in september 2003 J. A. Mayet has been introduced to some officers of this company during a Novamex tour in Alberta.
