This pink sheet stock has promised two things. 1) An acquasition of the PGM corporation 2) A new factory which extracts gold and Platinum hence their name.
They have promised and announcement about the acquisition at the end of the month. The factory said to be finished by June and commercially producing by then.

Everything looks bearish, dipping on the mcad, lowering on rsi,not too mention not much volume
