I don't like that they need the tarp money. I sold a ton of my calls when it was $4.25 or so. I still have some stock, but I'm feeling uneasy about them needing the money for the pension.

Get real. You picked it for all the wrong reasons. They hadn't even done there secondary, thus facing bankruptcy. There only now in good standings. There was the big purchase of 24 million shares, thus looks to get bought. Aluminum is rebounding etc…. I pick my own I never follow.

My dad was laid off yesterday from YRWC after 29 years of service. He has recieved several letters over the past week from both the company and the union with regards to thier situation being grave. He's also been notified that the union pension fund is upside down and not to be suprised if there is none left when he applies for it.

He was a line-hauler, and has been hauling empty trailers back and forth from Charlotte to St Pete for the past 3 weeks.

DUMP WHAT YOU HAVE OF YRWC!

BMO called Century Aluminum a "high-beta aluminum play," noting aluminum prices have climbed about 10% in the past few days. LME 3-month aluminum was just off its 2009 high earlier today. ATLANTA, GA, Jun 25, 2009 (MARKETWIRE via COMTEX) -- Coastal Capital
Acquisition Corp. (PINKSHEETS: CCAJ) announced today that the company has signed
and executed a merger and consulting agreement with Colorado-based Housing and
Security Software Developer, Helix DC, www.helixdc.com.

Coastal Capital Acquisition Corp's President and CEO Tracy Anderson said: "This
merger marks the beginning of the company's long line of M&A activity going
forward. We have been in talks with Helix DC and our board is in high spirits to
announce this merger as the first of many mergers to come. Helix DC owns,
markets, and sells a much needed group of niche education related software
products that are and can be utilized in various industries. With this merger
our corporate agenda should be clear to shareholders and potential shareholders.
Coastal Capital Acquisition Corporation will expose our shareholder base to
value created by mergers and acquisitions with private companies looking to, at
some point in the near term become fully reporting stand alone publicly traded
co mpanies."

Jason Wilcox, President and CEO of Helix DC, stated: "We are looking forward to
growing our company and business in the public arena. It has been a goal of
Helix to gain access to the public market, further develop our core demographic
and have our software unlock potential savings and security for our customer
base while establishing a continuously growing environment for our
shareholders."

Coastal Capital Acquisition Corp's President and CEO Tracy Anderson also said:
"As part of this merger I have instructed our Corporate Attorney to create a
Georgia Corporation as a wholly owned subsidiary of Coastal Capital Acquisition
Corporation, the name being Helix Acquisition Inc. The terms of the merger call
for Helix DC to merge with our newly formed subsidiary Helix Acquisition Inc.
Helix DC then becomes the surviving wholly owned entity as a Colorado
Corporation."

I've been watching this one for a couple of days. It has been on a straight nosedive, but has had steady insider net accumulation and paid out an .11 dividend last quarter. It is sinking past its 52-week low, does anyone else think this may soon be a potential bottom play?

nice dip. and a nice dead cat bounce yesterday. just a scan on the fundamentals with one resignation and the withdrawel of the divi, imo because of the low volume that may have helped it dip so easily. be careful with low volumes. TA wise i'd put this on my early pincher radar and maybe look for an entry for a partial position but keep the stop loss on. it may still dip further by some of the indicators i follow ACC/DIST, CMF, ADX and PPO and with such low volume it could dip pretty fast. i can't see me buying until it does find a little support. I like to see the CMF and the ACC/Dist hook back up before i chance a buy.

btw, HMPR is a local stock for me [Cool]

{"s" : "","k" : "c10,l10,p20,t10","o" : "","j" : ""} "Becoming a gold producer is an important milestone in attaining our vision of being a diversified precious metals company operating multiple mines in mining friendly jurisdictions," said William J. Biggar, NAP's President and Chief Executive Officer. "I'd like to congratulate and thank our employees for successfully restarting the Sleeping Giant mine within our seven-month timeframe and $7.5 million budget."

The Company also announced that it has exercised its right to buy back a 1% net smelter return royalty on the Sleeping Giant mine held by IAMGOLD Corporation for $1 million.

NAP's 100% owned Sleeping Giant gold mine, located northwest of Val d'Or in the prolific Abitibi region of Quebec, has a full complement of employees at site. The Company also owns the nearby Discovery Project, the Dormex Property and has a joint venture with Midland Exploration over the Laflamme Project.

North American Palladium: Re-engineering the Future

North American Palladium is a precious metals company that owns the Lac des Iles mine, which produced platinum group metals for 15 years until October 2008 when it was placed on temporary care and maintenance due to low metal prices. Prior to the temporary shutdown, the mine had annual production of 270,000 ounces of palladium, 20,000 ounces of platinum and 20,000 ounces of gold. The Company also owns and operates the Sleeping Giant gold mine located in the Abitibi region of Quebec, which produced over 1 million ounces of gold from 1988-2008 at an average grade of 11.44 g/t. North American Palladium expects commercial gold production to resume in the fourth quarter of 2009 at an annual rate of 50,000 ounces. North American Palladium benefits from operating in a politically stable jurisdiction with developed infrastructure and a history of innovation and excellence in mining.

Coastal Capital Acquisition Corp. CEO Provides Corporate Update

ATLANTA, GA -- (Marketwire) -- 10/21/09 -- Coastal Capital Acquisition Corp. (PINKSHEETS: CCAJ) CEO Tracy Anderson said, "I would like to take this time to address some shareholder concerns, update you, the shareholder in Coastal Capital, and potential investors viewing this press release for the first time. I think the first concern for many shareholders, new and old, in any micro-cap stock is the fear of a reverse stock split. I'd like to put that fear to rest here and now. We will not be executing or conducting a reverse stock split in 2009 or 2010. I feel that a reverse stock split hurts shareholders and the company.

"If we had a business plan that would allow for a move to a higher exchange and there was the need for a certain price to be attained, then I could see a reverse split as a possibility. However, that is not the case with Coastal Capital. Our outstanding share count compared to many other micro-cap companies is miniscule and that is why a reverse stock split is not the answer to capitalizing the company today. However, there will come a time in the not too distant future where we will need to raise the authorized share count. This will be done in conjunction with a merger, acquisition or JV partnership, all of which are on the table at the moment.

Also on the table, and being considered by the board, is a stock dividend issued to the shareholders of record to be announced at a later date.

"Our next corporate order of business was to instruct DL Consultants to begin the 2008 and 2009 10-Qs and 10-Ks. The completed set of 2004, 2005, 2006, 2007, 2008 and 2009 10-Qs and 10-Ks will be sent to SEC counsel for review and preparation of the legal disclosures required by Pinksheets.com.

The desired outcome of this procedure is to earn a label upgrade from "limited info" to a more investor favorable label of 'transparency.'

"As you know we had executed a merger and consulting agreement with a small company poised for growth in the security software space, Helixdc. The merger did not close. However the negations yielded an opportunity to explore different business opportunities and partnerships in both the public and private 'green' space. We were fortunate to meet and bring on a new member to the Coastal Capital team, Mr. Barry Baker. Mr. Baker will join the Board of Directors and take the position of Vice President of Green Technologies. Barry has worked with public and private companies in the 'green' space assisting them in mergers, acquisitions and/or JV partnerships. Barry has built a reputation of integrity and respect in the industry. Barry has also traveled to China where he forged and built relationships with Chinese green technology manufacturers, particularly in the algae growth and production space for energy, feedstock and food supplements. Barry is an asset to the team and will be beneficial in fostering international partnerships.

"As we go forward we will take on the due corporate actions. These corporate actions include a name change, cusip number change, corporate domain secured, and corporate website created. We have chosen to look to the 'green' space for revenue building shareholder value. Mr. Barry Baker has been valuable in this respect. We are in final stage negotiations with a company Barry brought to our attention. This publicly traded company holds award winning patented technologies in the green space; one of these patents is a top line, one stop shop, Algae Photobioreactor (PBR). This unique and patented PBR does the entire algae production process including an all-in-one harvesting and drying process. As I expect the negotiations to continue in the current direction, we will announce the relationship and scope of the projects as early as next week."

the XHB (homebuilders index) chart pushed through some resistance yesterday pushing back over the 50rsi with a little pinch action. Could be a decent signal however short lived for some decent action (for a Friday?) but we'll see. My target for peeking on foreclosures and such is around Jan/Feb so still plenty of volatility till then imo. and that is one "wag".

CCAJ NEWS! [Smile]

Oct 29, 2009 09:12 ETCoastal Capital Acquisition Corporation Announces JV Letter of Intent With W2 EnergyATLANTA, GA--(Marketwire - October 29, 2009) - Coastal Capital Acquisition Corp (PINKSHEETS: CCAJ) and W2 Energy (PINKSHEETS: WTWO) Sign JV Letter of Intent.

CEO of Coastal Capital Acquisition Corporation Tracy Anderson said, "I am pleased to announce I have signed a Joint Venture Letter of Intent with W2 Energy Inc. The scope of this joint venture is to design, construct and operate an Algae to Bio-diesel facility in the state of Florida. After discussions with W2 Energy we felt a JV partnership would be a great first step in utilizing Green Technologies as a way to grow value for the company and our shareholders."

W2 Energy has an all in one Algae production that grows, harvests, and dries Algae for use in the production of Bio-diesel. This technology also creates a valuable by-product in dried Algae for feedstock. W2 Energy is a manufacturer of green products and is looking to expand our Algae to Bio-diesel business. W2 Energy looks forward to working with Coastal Capital in this venture and the signing of a formal Joint Venture agreement in the near future.

Coastal Capital Acquisition Corp CEO Tracy Anderson also said, "We are presently in discussions with a particular property owner to execute a long term lease or purchase agreement for 2.5 acres in Florida. This property will house the facility we are looking to construct. I look forward to updating you, the shareholders, on our continued progress with W2 Energy and other joint ventures we are currently negotiating."

HMPR and CWBS back on radar, still could see a bit more of a dip.

HMPR:
* Authorization to increase the Company's authorized common stock
from 70 million shares to 100 million shares. The proposal
received 14,542,229 votes for; 1,541,590 votes against; and
91,646 shares abstained from voting.

"We are pleased that we received such strong shareholder support in favor of the two proposals," said President and Chief Executive Officer John A.B. "Andy" Davies, Jr. "For the latter half of this year, our management and Board have devoted their full attention to developing a plan to increase our capital and strengthen our balance sheet. With a multi-faceted capital management plan now in place, the approval of these two measures increases our flexibility in executing some of its components."

You've been talking about this one for awhile. So there issuing more stock as payment for an advisory fee. Dilution. Not good.

Socialism here we come. Glass Stiegel is back.

The banks paid back the TARP with interest. For instance, if I take out a loan for a $1000 and I start a business with it, and I make a million dollars. Why is it that the person I borrowed money from is now coming back to me and saying "you wouldn't even be in business if it weren't for me". And now there asking for reparations, or a piece of my profits. That wasn't the deal. The banks are doing well. The whole reason why we "bailed them out" is because we need them to fund the credit markets. Now we are going to break them up, they will make less money, in a time that job growth hasn't even started. This may get ugly. Double dip recession?

Yes minor dilution but shares are restricted and that means a pump just before they sell these shares. I would not be surprised if the pps gets bumped to 15¢ or more.

Now does that make me an idiot? I just need the right stock and I can retire. Isn't that what we are all looking for - a good stock to makes lots of profit and retire?

Hey, I asked a legitimate question - what's the status on what you reported last Nov? Any deals or not? If so, why the delay? If not, let me know and I will move on and look for another stock that might make me some profit. I am invested in JBII - maybe that's the one.

Decent. I've got another Bank I'm looking at and will post it tomorrow. Super cheap. I've also got a Bio tech that might be the best I've seen in a long while. Low float, cheap price, unbelievable potential etc...

Invester, take a look at HXL (10.73) looks to have a shaky start this year but getting close on my pincher radar. Looking at it as a TA play while the fundamentals stabalize. Looking to see if it holds the $10 line.

Nice pick BooDog. Looks solid. Good financials, balance sheet, etc. Big money buying and selling. Just need a good entry point here. Probably have to wait for a green day as you can never tell how far it will fall before a reversal.

see how that reacts with everything else going down. Utilicraft Aerospace Signs LOI With Mid America Aero
Utilicraft Aerospace Signs LOI With Mid America Aero
ALBUQUERQUE, N.M., Jan. 10, 2007 (PRIME NEWSWIRE) -- Utilicraft Aerospace Industries, Inc. (OTCBB:UITA) announced today that the company had signed a Letter of Intent with the Swansea, IL based Mid America Aero LLC to purchase ten FF-1080-300 Freight Feeder-Commercial Freight Aircrafts from Utilicraft, with an option to purchase an additional fifteen aircraft.

As part of the terms and conditions of the LOI, Utilicraft agrees to build and certify the Extended Range (ER) version of the FF-1080-300 Aircraft, which will provide an operating range payload of 20,000 lb / 2,000 nm, plus IFR reserves.

The purchase terms and conditions will be negotiated by Mid America Aero and Utilicraft Aerospace Industries Inc. Utilicraft will sell the Aircraft to Mid America Aero for a purchase price of $13,250,000 per Aircraft, for 10 Aircraft totaling $130,250,000 plus tax, shipping and transportation costs, and all other costs associated with U.S. and international law and requirements. The purchase price may be adjusted downward, in the event that Mid America Aero makes direct purchase agreements with Utilicraft approved suppliers of certain components of the Aircraft, including but not limited to engines and avionics, by Utilicraft's actual cost for such components.

Mid America Aero intends to lease the aircraft to qualified U.S. and/or Canadian licensed freight aircraft operators.

About Mid America Aero, LLC:

Mid America Aero, LLC is a newly formed, wholly owned subsidiary of R&D Development, with whom Utilicraft recently entered into a letter of intent for the construction and lease of a final assembly facility at Double Eagle II Airport, Albuquerque, New Mexico. R&D has been operating for approximately 8 years, and the principals have engaged in R&D's primary business of purchase/leaseback of commercial real estate and equipment for over 25 years; this is the company's first venture in aircraft leasing. R&D's principals are shareholders in Utilicraft and have identified cargo aircraft leasing as a long-term strategic business prospect to expand its current fixed asset lease lines. Contact: Carda Construction at (618) 234-1004.

About Utilicraft Aerospace Industries:

Utilicraft Aerospace Industries, Inc. was formed to implement a system solution to the current problem of declining capacity in the short haul (or feeder) route segments of the air cargo and overnight express companies.

The FF-1080-300ER Freight Feeder aircraft is a new air vehicle which is the result of Utilicraft's extensive research and development. The FF-1080-300ER is revolutionary because of its capability to carry standard industry air containers on short-to-medium range/medium density routes combined with the aircraft's integrated air cargo information system for the freight feed market.

The FF-1080-300ER, an all aluminum twin-engine, high-wing, un-pressurized, fixed gear, single pilot capable, turboprop aircraft, specifically designed as a utility air freight transport system. The aircraft satisfies an industry recognized need to cost-effectively feed containerized air cargo to the major hubs of the scheduled passenger carriers and the overnight express airlines.

The aircraft is also designed for short take-off and landing (STOL) capability. This feature makes the FF-1080-300ER the only short-haul, heavy-lift containerized feeder aircraft capable of cost-effectively transporting ten revenue tons over two thousand nautical miles from airfields with less than 3,500 feet of runway, expanding air cargo capacity to many smaller cities and airports worldwide.

Utilicraft Aerospace Industries Announces Business Development Private Placement

Utilicraft Aerospace Industries, Inc. (Symbol: UITA.PK) announced today a $780K Private Placement Memorandum to raise new capital to take the Company in a new direction as described below

As part of the new direction of UITA as an aerospace technology development holding company, the Company is reviewing strategic acquisition possibilities - or the in-house development - of a Light Observation Aircraft (LOA) program intended for disaster “emergency first response” missions

It is to be a “rapid deployment” observation aircraft, equipped with the latest electronic surveillance equipment for rapidly detecting life-signs of disaster victims trapped in debris or damaged structures over a wide search area in the shortest amount of time - as a search and rescue (SAR) airborne platform electronically transmitting coordinates to and from ground rescue teams

John J. Dupont, President and CEO of UITA stated, “The ability of this aircraft to be shipped with wings detached (to fit in a container, or military transport aircraft pallet) will make it readily available to be air-lifted to nearby regional staging areas for immediate SAR sorties. Rapid global deployment is vital to the mission capability of this type of aircraft because time is of the essence when searching for survivors immediately after the disaster.” The LOA Program also has a commercial, domestic law-enforcement, border patrol, and global military market potential

Additionally, the Company is reviewing strategic acquisitions of various developmental aircraft solutions for a “small STOL aircraft” to accommodate “tactical” humanitarian shipments to and from remote off-airport makeshift airstrip staging-hubs, with the capability of lifting and delivering the much needed food, water, and medical supplies directly into the heart of the stricken area --- directly to disaster victims. The need to accommodate medical remote operations bringing immediate surgical relief to victims is also a consideration

The Company has partnered with a veteran humanitarian shipper to further solidify its research and its operational capabilities. See more about UITA.PK at www.utilicraft.com

Business Development Update

ALBUQUERQUE, NM, February 10th, 2010 -------- Utilicraft Aerospace Industries, Inc. (Symbol: UITA.PK) reported today that it is making progress with its partner, a veteran humanitarian organization, regarding negotiations to enter into a formal arrangement for the acquisition of an initial fleet of the Company's planned Light Observation Aircraft, for use by the humanitarian organization in its "first response" disaster relief operations.

As announced earlier this week, as part of the new direction of UITA as an aerospace technology development holding company, the Company is reviewing strategic acquisition possibilities - or the in-house development - of a Light Observation Aircraft (LOA) program intended for disaster "emergency first response" missions.

It is to be a "rapid deployment" observation aircraft, equipped with the latest electronic surveillance equipment for rapidly detecting life-signs of disaster victims trapped in debris or damaged structures over a wide search area in the shortest amount of time - as a search and rescue (SAR) airborne platform electronically transmitting coordinates to and from ground rescue teams.

John J. Rapid global deployment is vital to the mission capability of this type of aircraft because time is of the essence when searching for survivors immediately after the disaster".

The LOA Program also has a commercial, domestic law-enforcement, border patrol, and global military market potential.

Additionally, the Company is reviewing strategic acquisitions of various developmental aircraft solutions for a "small STOL aircraft" to accommodate "tactical" humanitarian shipments to and from remote off-airport makeshift airstrip staging-hubs, with the capability of lifting and delivering the much needed food, water, and medical supplies directly into the heart of the stricken area --- directly to disaster victims. Utilicraft Aerospace Plans Flight-Test Study for Its Humanitarian Aircraft Development Program
Utilicraft Aerospace Industries, Inc. (PINK SHEETS: UITA) announced today that it plans to initiate an in-house flight test program to further study the STOL utility market for its planned humanitarian relief aircraft development.

Operating under an experimental certificate, the Company plans to use various STOL aircraft as test-beds to analyze performance parameters for its planned development of a Light Observation Aircraft (LOA) for the Humanitarian Relief/Rescue Market.

John J. Dupont, President-CEO of Utilicraft Aerospace, stated that, “The Company will flight-test a mix of STOL aircraft to put together an optimum performance data base targeted to STOL/Utility humanitarian operations. These study runs will help solidify and expedite our operational goals for the HawkEye Program.” The new aircraft design, designated by Utilicraft as the HawkEye LOA-4, is planned to be a single engine, high-wing, all aluminum, STOL aircraft, with a blend of proven field-reliable “low-technology,” balanced with a strong dose of “high-technology” in its basic design and operational capabilities - to support intra-theatre disaster SAR and utility relief operations.

As the Company commences its flight test study program, expect regular release updates on further on-going developments.

About Utilicraft Aerospace, Industries, Inc.: As part of the new direction of UITA as an “aerospace technology development holding company,” the Company is conducting the initial in-house development of a Light Observation Aircraft (LOA) program intended for disaster emergency-first-response and relief support missions. You know your telling us inside information before its released to the public. Let’s see, you obviously have a vested interest, and pre-determined knowledge. I would say you’re the company or individual that handles investor relations for CCAJ as well as UITA. It would merely be a phone call and or the same person that would be working for both companies.
