Saw that it's in conjunction with a merger. Without knowing too much more about it I steer clear of the unknown.

does the name ABC Radio ease some of the worry, CDL is the sixth largest radio broadcaster company in the United States based on net broadcasting revenue. it said to pay around 2.46 a share when and if the deal closes on the 12th of June.

so if I buy shares today I would get 2.46 per share in dividend?

Well, yeah, I know that. I mean what will happen to the shares afterwards, what will the share price do after the merger, drop by the $2.46, stay flat, go up? Without some indication of that I wouldn't play it. That's all I was saying.

Most likely, However, typically by the time you get the 2.46$ per share dividend, the stock price itself has gone down $2+.
