basically states the stock is worthless (or will be soon, rather, on the 20th)

I thought about getting in, but I didnt think it was worth the risk.

if the stock is worthless, then why is volume so high and price quarupled in the last three days? Is this trading of the new stock. I am confused, can anyone explain?

Everyone plays the bounce from the hard fall. Not a stock to be holding. I made nice loot on it today.
