Another interesting company for those of
you here at All Stocks willing to take a
slightly elevated risk in investment.
I have some mixed feelings about this
company but feel this might be a fairly
safe investment for you. I am somewhat
encouraged by ALMI's CEO, a gentleman
named Bill Jacobson. He is responsive
to inquiries and does come across in
a sincere manner. My personal take is
he has the interests of investors at
heart and is working at protecting
both ALMI and its investors. I find
nothing about him indicating greed
nor intent to "get rich" at the
expense of investors. However, my
conversations with him are limited,
but he does pass my personal tests
for being honest and sincere.
ALMI truly has only one product which
exhibits potential for good profit and
a future price break out.
Jacobson's company does have other assets
in the form of contract mining, this is,
mine operations for others, along with
some timber land which does provide ALMI
with a minimal amount of cash to fund
current operations.
Some money is coming in from mine
management services. A fair amount
of cash is generated by board feet
sales of timber. Both fund their
day-to-day operations and do prevent
most need for additional funding.
However, periodic stock sales are
being used to supplement cash income,
but not in great quanities nor at
great frequency, so dilution is
relatively low.
This single product of which I write
is a specific type of clay, halloysite
clay, which is used for production of
porcelain, more commonly, "china"
products such as in fine dinnerware.
ALMI has only one competitor down in
New Zealand where the only other known
halloysite mine exists. There are no
other discoveries of commercial level
deposits of halloysite found.
I have not yet looked hard at this
New Zealand mine to discover their
production costs and sales figures.
However, they are the only supplier
of halloysite clay until ALMI comes
online with production. Market prices
are hard to assess for accuracy because
they have a true monopoly on this clay.
When ALMI begins production, I am sure
sparks will fly due to new competition.
Holding a BS in Earth Science, I have
some appreciation for what ALMI is
planning to do. Their clay deposits
do appear to be fairly pure but it
is noted there is ferrous oxide (rust)
staining of some deposits indicating
at least a degree of impurities,
maybe higher than liked. Nonetheless
chemical baths and processing will
be able to remove "iron rust" from
this clay leaving a virgin white
snow color great for china products.
Halloysite clay also has other uses
with it containing "micro tubular"
structure. This "tubular" inclusion
makes a good vehicle for time release
of selected substances. Primary use
is as a paint additive for rust
prevention, such as ship hulls.
Please visit the ALMI website for
a lot of information on technical
details on their clay product:
www.atlasmining.com/
On production, a bit of confusion
but this might be my not quite
understanding statements. This
clay is located at surface level
and down to two-hundred plus feet.
ALMI indicates "mine shafts" for
this projects but I view this as
a straight "scoop and dump" type
activity. Not sure why "shafts"
are important to this project
other than initial assessment
of depth and concentration.
Currently ALMI have no facilities
for processing this clay but are
engaging in test runs to find a
best method for processing. This
is a positive signal. ALMI is
actively engaged in finding a
supplier for processing machines
or an independent processor to
handle their mining output.
Some snippets of information for you.
Be sure to read all SEC filings for
ALMI to attain better knowlegde.

We are selling the units through the

Consequently, there may be less due
diligence performed in conjunction
with this offering than would be
performed in an underwritten offering.
(From their recent 8K Filing:)
One concern we have had this past year
is the lack luster performance of our
stock. We went through tremendous efforts
and expense to get the company into a
fully-reporting status with the Security
and Exchange Commission, and have
strived to keep up our filings.
We have a resource of at least 300,000 tons
of unique halloysite clay with a minimum value
of $450.00 per ton. This equates to over $4.00
per share value to our shareholders. If the
rest of the investing public understood as
well as you our shareholder, the significance
of this we would not be struggling with a
market price of ALMI in the ten-cent range.
(read my comments on price rigidity)
***
This recent 10Q discloses ALMI is periodically
diluting this stock with common stock sales.
However, dilution appears to be controlled
by not issuing large amounts of common stock
nor by issuing common stock too often. It is
clear ALMI is using common stocks sales to
keep this company afloat.
These are my thoughts on current stock prices.
We have tried to accumulate at .11 per, again
at .115 and finally at .12 per share. We have
accumulated no stock at this time. We will
keep trying. We are less willing to pay a
price over .12 per share. We could accumulate
at .125 per share and perhaps will finally
give-in and do this.
Concern over a five-tenths of one cent price
difference does seem rather silly. However,
this concern really isn't. We are testing
the rigidity of stock price.
Fluidity in stock price is extremely important
for the financial well being of a company.
When rigidity is present, overall, less funds
are generated from stock sales. Fluidity
allows prices to move up and down, as you
know. These price motions allow investors to
"feel" they struck a bargin, allows feelings
of having won a small victory. This encourages
further investment. Many investors need to
"see" some volality in prices. My personal
take, when I see a stock which absolutely
flat-lines on prices for long periods, I
usually pass on the stock thinking,
"This stock is going nowhere."
Fluidity in prices, in the long run,
generates a lot more cash income than
does rigidity in prices. A flux in
prices nets more investors.
ALMI exhibits extreme rigidity in
prices because Jacobson is acting
as the "broker" for ALMI. Another
problem is high investment by a
limited number of investors who
are also maintaining rigidity in
prices. Net effect is a lessening
of cash income from stock sales.
This rigidity is causing financial
harm to ALMI rather than benefit
based on a false belief protecting
stock prices is prudent and wise.
Rigidity in price is an effort at
maintaining a minimum and only allows
for upward motions. This actually
turns away investors and keeps a
stock price artificially high. To
seasoned investors, this is a clear
warning sign to not invest; a major
downward "balloon burst" is in the
makings and will happen, in time.
Bottom line on rigidity is a severe
lessening of volume. This is not good.
**
Recently, I talked with Bill Jacobson about
a few concerns we, our family, have.
My first question to him is about the change
in ownership of the land upon which the
Dragon Mine is located and how this will
effect Atlas Mining.
His response:
"Change in ownership in property. The Dragon
Mine changed hands a month ago, but had no
effect on the lease purchase agreement we
hold. Our agreement calls for the payment
of 100,000 shares of stock annually to the
owner, a 3% royalty on production and a
$500,000 buyout should we elect to purchase
it. As long as we continue to pay the annual
fee of 100,000 shares, we continue to control
the property."
My next question for Bill is expected start up
time and costs of moving into clay production.
His response:
"Start up at the Dragon is expected to be
sometime this spring. Weather right now is
now very conducive to starting up the
operation, so we will hold off until probably
March. It should not take too much time to
get the property into production. We have
some halloysite exposed on the surface
that we can excavate, but the majority of the
product is underground about 100 to 150 feet.
We will be able to access this deposit in
about 60 days. Meanwhile we will be
constructing plant facilities. As in any
project of this nature, not all will
go according to plan. We feel our experience
in the mining field will help us overcome any
obstacles. Start up costs will run about
$250,000 for mine development, and close to
$1 million for plant facility. Not all will
have to be cash up front as we have some
financing options available to us."
I asked him about their current board harvest
of timber to establish some idea of their cash
flow and if they have enough to "winter over"
without problems.
His response:
"Timber harvesting is about done for the year.
Our loggers were able to keep the roads open
this winter to continue our efforts a little
longer than usual. So far we have harvested
about 600,000 board feet. The timber
harvested was used to pay an advance to a
lumber mill that financed the purchase of a
piece of property for us. This advance will
be paid before the loggers finish up their
program this winter."
Finally, I queried Bill Jacobson about his
ability to raise capital venture funds for
start up and production of clay mining. I
also specifically asked if he plans to dilute
ALMI stock or if he feels there will develop
a need to dilute.
His response:
"Looking at partial financing from credit
facility guaranteed by Canadian government.
Also have commitment from equipment financer
in US. This will take care of the majority
of initial capital costs. No guarantees that
we won't sell some more stock to make this
happen, but not looking at any sales at this
time."
There is an issue discussed independent of
my other inquiries being an oddity. During
my research I turned up some very disturbing
news. Concerned and wanting to verify the
factual validity of news reports, I contacted
Bill Jacobson to reaffirm what I suspected.
Couple years back, abc down in Australia
released a news report about mining in
general. In the that report, an abc
reporter mistakingly identifies ALMI
as the owner of Minoro Mining.
www.abc.net.au/4corners/stories/s455067.htm
Another "official" type report is found
listing Minoro Mining as a culprit in one
of the top ten enviromental disasters in
the Philippines.
pdf.wri.org/mining_background_literature_review.pdf
Almost all investors would not turn up
information like this. However, those
of you here at All Stocks board know
how much emphasis I place on extensive
research. With your doing so, performing
good research as I insist, you may
discover those same reports as I did.
I am completely satisfied this abc news
report does mistakingly identify ALMI
as the owner of Minoro Mining. Please
dismiss this association of ALMI with
this Phillipine disaster; there is
simply no connection on this; it
is a reporting error.
On my concerns about abc down in Australia
reporting Atlas Mining as the owner of
infamous Minoro Mining, I advised Jacobson
of this error in reporting and suggested
he contact abc Australia to have that
report amended or corrected.
His response:
"Thank-you for the comments about Minoro
Mines. You are correct, we are not owners
of it."
Overall, my opinion is ALMI is having
some minor financial difficulties which
are somewhat seasonal in nature because
of their timber activities. I do not
"think" ALMI will go belly-up anytime
soon. I also think ALMI will not show
any upward price motions for a very
long time. Most likely a safer than
usual investment for a penny stock
but you might not earn profits until
the end of this year.
This time, I have no projections for
you on expected share prices in the
future. I consider ALMI to be in
the class of "start up" company
although they have been around
since the Great Depression. It
is difficult to assess the market
potential for this clay other than
to say their competitor appears to
be doing well.
Maybe .50 to .75 per share? Your guess is
good as mine, no pun intended although
a good one.
Good news releases later this year,
perhaps around April to June, will
enhance stock prices.
This surface deposit of sedimentary
halloysite clay, does have very good
potential for profit and only one
proven competitor. Actual profits
will depend on Bill Jacobson and
how well he manages this project.
Production and processing costs will
be the true determining factor on
profitability rather than actual
mining extraction.
My suggested purchase price is in
the range of .115 to .12 but I have
no doubt you will have to pay .125
per share because of rigidity. Do
not pay higher than .13 per share.
I would encourage you to keep your
bids low, perhaps .115 per to apply
pressure for some liquidity in price.
We will be accumulating up to 50,000
shares but have had no success over a
good number of days at acquiring shares
due to rigidity and over-inflated prices.
You may not be able to accumulate any
shares at all unless you pay too high
of a price. I encourage you to not do
this. Keep some pressure on fluidity.
Should you not be able to accumulate
at a reasonable price, no problem.
ALMI will not enjoy as much cash
flow and you can move on to other
investment potentials.
Be sure you understand there will be
no upward price movements for many
months, not until initial reports
of actual clay mining.
As always, research carefully, read
all SEC filings, leave no stone unturned.
Never buy, sell nor hold based on my
personal opinion. I could be wrong.
You could lose money.

Message to Shareholders of Atlas Mining Company
We have had a fairly quiet couple of months through the holidays and into January, but have continued to pursue our goals. The number one goal, of course, has been to get the Dragon Mine into operation this year. And we are very close to this.
During the past month we have sent samples of our product to two different ceramics users, two paint manufacturers and two international distributors. We have negotiated an agreement on a major piece of equipment for the processing of our halloysite clay and an equipment financing program with a reputable leasing company. We have also completed a fairly in depth development and mining cost study and we are shopping some of the needed equipment for this process. Our intent is to start work at the Dragon Mine as soon as the weather permits this spring. The best news about our progress is the continued interest by potential buyers due to the unique tubular quality of the halloysite. We originally got into this project because of the opportunities in the existing halloysite markets, but have found that new uses will probably dominate our sales.
Meanwhile we have enlisted the services of Premier Financial Services to help us get the word out to dealers and investors about our company. We have recently attended a dealer broker conference in Dallas, Texas and have been invited to speak at the prestigious Industrial Minerals conference in Barcelona, Spain, where our advisory board member, Dr Ron Price, will deliver a paper on the micro-tubular advantages of Atlas halloysite clay.
We are continuing our efforts to find a viable merger or acquisition candidate. Our main goal is to make sure that the candidate brings value to the Atlas shareholders and will help bring financial strength to the company.
Our contracting entity and our logging efforts brought us $300,000 in revenues in 2003. We have already created over $60,000 in revenues for the month of January. Although these numbers are small, they do help cover some of our day to day expenses through out the year.
I thank-you for your support of Atlas Mining Company and our efforts to make this a viable company that we can all be proud of.

Around March, maybe April, prices should
begin to climb. With news of start-up
mining, prices should jump very nicely.
Mineral stocks are a strong sector for

laser
I've been reading your posts with interest for several months now. There are several posters on this board whom I hold in high regard, you being one.
In general, I think this a great board and community here in allstocks. Congratulations to a fantastic bunch of people!!!
I thought as this is my first post that I would contribute some DD to this thread.
Perhaps you dislike the word "nannotechnology" but the halloysite tubes are actually 50nm or there abouts in size. Therefore the other uses being referred to could be in this area. Here is a link to a document on the background of nanno and directly mentions halloysite.
http://www.eng.utah.edu/~gale/mems/Lecture%2027%20Nanotechnology.pdf
Perhaps this is old news to you but it would be exciting for the pps if a link is truly established with the dragon mine.
I am waiting in the sidelines for an entry.

"have you talked to ALMI
CEO about voting on a FORWARD SPLIT"
No, Bingo. Last talk I enjoyed with
Jacobson centered around a need to
produce periodic news updates. This
was four to five weeks back. He is
responsive. Initially email to all
investors and now pr news releases.
I will give this idea some thought
and pull together some notions on
how and when to approach him.
Bill Jacobson is really nice and
very easy to approach if you want
to contact him. Jacobson strikes
me as being more interested in
working his mines than working
stock issues!
He did ask me for advice on how
to prevent shorting, how to attract
investors, if he should hire someone
to handle stock for him and about how
to produce news. He does listen and
he does act on suggestions. Perhaps
if we both approach him in a casual
way, he will consider a split. Might
need to explain the details and how
this would benefit Atlas.
My opinion is it would be better to
wait until his mine is just about to
go into production or right after
when investor interest is really
beginning to kick in. High investor
activity would keep prices moving
upward, and keep volume up.
Another method to make buying easier
would be to register more shares,
around five to ten percent of the
current registered amount. Adding
another five to ten percent to the
float would not severely dilute
share value, would drop prices a
penny or two creating attractive
buy prices for new investors, who
would bring prices up again.
New common shares would net more
cash inflow for Atlas at a time
they will need it. I would rather
see a slight drop in price and
more cash inflow rather than have
Atlas create convertable debts.
I truly think about the time investor
interest really starts up, would be
a good time for a split or for mild
dilution with new common shares.
This would place timing somewhere
between forty-five to sixty days
from today, about when weather
up there permits operations to
start taking place.

Better to wait until the share price goes
higher and revenues start coming in

New horizons for halloysite in micro-tubular technology
Ron Price, Technical Consultant Atlas Mining Inc, USA

In a patented process developed by the Naval Research Laboratory, Washington D.C., scientists have created a new method of controlled release using microtubules made from halloysite clay. These microtubules, cylindrical in shape and with a hollow core, can be used in a wide variety of products. In the case of the US Navy, researchers utilized microtubules to add anti-barnacle agents to paints used on the hulls of Navy ships. The microtubules are filled with the anti-fouling agent, which is slowly released over time.
Several U.S. companies are currently looking at microtubules for applications ranging from agricultural chemicals to paints to household products. Although these microtubules can be produced synthetically, researchers have determined that, due to its unique microstructure, halloysite clay may be the preferred source. Halloysite clay is naturally derived, nontoxic and biodegradable.
According to Dr. John Dennis of TechLink, the potential for the use of halloysite as a time-release element could open up many new markets for the process. "Microtubules are cheap compared to many synthetic time-release vehicles -- this opens up a number of markets that could not previously afford the technology."
William Jacobson, President and CEO of Atlas Mining, stated, "We are very interested in the development of new applications for halloysite and are closely monitoring the progress of the Navy in developing new applications with US companies. With the help of MSU's TechLink center, we hope to see these applications successfully commercialized in the coming years." He went on to say, "As new uses are found, we plan to aggressively market our product to take advantage of a growing demand."

Yes, a good buy at .12 per share.
Be sure you understand ALMI will not make
any major moves until late Spring or early
Summer. No operations until then.
Purl Gurl
You made that very clear in your earlier postings.
Right now I can only grab about 3,000 shares until next week. I don't think I will have over a $1000 to invest in this over the next couple of months. I am just waiting on buy opportunities. After I accumulated I will see what my average cost is and select a sell then. Maybe 2 3 X ?
Thank you for the reply.
There should be more chances to buy
at .12 in the future. This is becoming
rare but if you monitor carefully, you
should catch a down day every so often.
A bid at .125 will almost always go
through when bid is .12 and ask is
.13 per share.
Purl Gurl
Not sure is this is positive or negative.
NITE is well known for their unethical
practices and often illegal practices.
If they are intent on shorting, they will
not have any luck driving average prices
below .12 per share; ALMI has good strength.
It will be of interest to learn what NITE
has in mind. NITE is always a negative
signal because they _always_ profit by
destroying the value of a company. I am
confident they will not succeed with ALMI.
Purl Gurl
Should they drop to .12 to .125 per,
a good time to load up more shares.
Purl Gurl
it is showing a better %age gain than SNVBF today gurl----but it has a litttle way to go to beat it on total %age gains--
I beleive it can beat SNVBF %age in the long------
Waiting for the next update
That is low http://atlasmining.com/investors.html
Still looking to get in one this one, and I'm wondering where you see ths one going in the near future. Basically, if you think it will likly see anything below .15 again.
My plan as of now is to pick up about half of my final position at these prices, that way i have my foot in the door if it keeps moving.
I appreciate your, and other's, opinion.
Thanks
Nash
As time passes, it is less likely ALMI will
drop below .135 to .14 per share. Might be
a rare day of .125 to .13 per share, but
not very likely.
Your chances of buying at .135 to .14 are
fair, better at .14 to .145 per share.
Try a lowball limit offer and leave it
open for five to ten trading days?
My projection is ALMI will continue to
display a slow steady climb in prices
with a good spike when mining operations
begin in the near future.
Purl Gurl
Think I'll go with the .14 - .145 limit...
Nash
Kinda suspect ALMI will hit .17 by Friday.
Nonetheless, prices will periodically dip
down in keeping with overall markets.
My dubious opinion is .14 to .145 per share
would be a safe investment. I cannot find
any reason which would cause you to lose
money, save for a major market crash.
It would please me to see you get in at
.13 to .135 per share but does seem very
unlikely for ALMI.

You were right on target. I went on the high side at .145 cause i've learned that in some cases if ya want something you have to go and get it. Too many times scwobbling over mere dollars in total trade value has ended up costing me an arm and a leg.
either way, I picked up a block at .145 and i'm very pleased with my entry. If it drops furtur i may get in for another.
Once again you have proven your knowledge of the game and willingness to help others suceed.
I wish investors / traders like yourself were for hire, from a coaching standpoint. It would be the best investment a non-veteran such as myself could ever make.

Atlas Mining Announces Dragon Mine Operations
Poised to Begin in April of 2004
Atlas Mining Company announced today that
it has completed negotiations and secured a
commitment for a $500,000 equipment line of
credit to assist the company....acquisition
of mining and processing equipment
Atlas takes on equipment financing rather
than issue shares and dilute shareholders.
Jacobson stated, "....we are in the best
position we've ever been in to get the
Dragon Mine into production this spring...
we felt the prudent approach was to not
dilute the shareholders."
Although the snow level at the mine site
still does not permit re-entry to the
property, plans are being made to mobilize
equipment and manpower.
i dunno if it will last, but I'm seeing .215 as i type this and NITE has bumped up to .23
Nash
Think the last great buy for a participant
here was at .14 to .145 per share.
This is one of the most exciting stocks!
None really know where we are headed nor
how high prices will move.
I have a lot of faith in this company and
its CEO, Jacobson.
Purl Gurl
Personally, I have moved from "mixed feelings"
to a lot of confidence. Easy to see how darn
cautious I am at first, then slowly move to
a more confident status.
Still some risks, still a lot of work to
be done by Atlas Mines, still customers
to develop, still revenues to generate.
Nonetheless, Jacobson is holding true
to his promises and his business plan
which builds investor confidence.
Current prices reflect that confidence.

He makes some really good picks. We often
surprise each other by picking the same
winners, and the same losers.
Bingo is a person whose opinions I would
trust for investment picks.
Purl Gurl
Appears new support is forming which
eases anxiety over falling prices.
Should we hit twenty-four cents or so,
some will be up one-hundred percent,
others around seventy to eighty percent.
This is very pleasing; it tickles me to
watch people earn fairly decent money.
I find no reason why ALMI should not
continue a slow steady climb upward.
Purl Gurl
nothing major but might help with PR.

[This message has been edited by masters514 (edited March 18, 2004).]
That is very imaginative public relations.
Someone came up with a really great idea
for company exposure. Very clever.
Atlas Mines, Jacobson, they continue to
make all the right moves using logic
and intelligence.
What I really like about Jacobson is he
keeps his word and delivers on his promises.
Purl Gurl
PG, do you think ALMI will hold at these prices for awhile or do you anticipate a drop at all?
masters
Inherently there will be some minor falls
and gains but their overall average should
maintain a slow steady upward trend.
It is highly unlikely ALMI will move below
nineteen cents per share. Not impossible
because some volatility should develop with
prices being at a "ten cents" barrier,
this is, 20, 30, 40 and so forth.
A major market crash, of course, could
pull us down. As long as prices fall an
amount equal to average percentage fall
of markets, no sweat.
Should we reach thirty cents per share
before mining operations are under way,
there should be a lot of volatility
at that price. A price of thirty cents
per share is a long ways off.
Personally, I feel very comfortable with
prices. There is nothing about ALMI, no
news coming out of ALMI, which would cause
prices to fall. All seems very stable.

Star Trek here we come!
Recent special on the Hubble telescope,
really REALLY interesting. Sadly, NASA
is cutting funding for the best scientific
instrument in history. Bad NASA, BAD.
Well, scientists have discovered our good
ol' universe is expanding much faster than
previously thought, suggesting we are in
an "open" model universe.
Get this, part of this discovery is there
is an "anti-gravity" force at work pushing
all mass apart, thus faster expansion over
a given period of time, in all directions.
Planck's Big Bang model stands, is near
perfect, but one more force has been
added to the initially created forces,
anti-gravity! An anti-gravity force which
is stronger than gravity force over a
greater distance!
Boy would I love to have a jar of that
to rub on my macro big butt.
Purl Gurl
The big bang "theory" is definitely safe, universe is 13.5B yrs old and expanding. Will check in on recent developments, always a lot about dark matter etc spinning around in science news but sometimes I miss some.
Could talk about this for awhile, but don't want to drone on off-topic. On a tangential note though, you might be fascinated if you read about the application of chaos theory to the stock market (or perhaps you already have).
You might catch replays on the Hubble. Think
I watched it on sixty minutes just recently.
The Hubble special was tied in with our
space shuttles, as a victim of postponed
shuttle flights.
Yes! Lots of stunning pictures coming down
from the Hubble. I am so pleased to live
during a time period when we can enjoy
so many discoveries.
Currently have my mind's eye on Mars. News
came in today one of the rovers is parked
on a Martian beach! I so much want news
to come back, life once existed there!
Major religious impact!
Glassman, I am going to whop you upside
the head. Hubble is a renewable resource!
With the shuttles, new packages, new systems
are a snap to install. It is one of these
new systems which led to the discovery of
anti-gravity, although this force has yet
to be verified through good Scientific
Method. Thus far, only sound explanation
for observed speeds and increasing distances
between masses, is anti-gravity!
We must have anti-gravity if we are to
survive as a species when our sun gobbles
up our solar system, in the future. Not
going to tell you how far into the future
just to cause you more anxiety!
Just imagine anti-gravity! What a terrific
propulsion system that would be! Better
than trying to climb up a flashlight beam.

The beauty of special relativity is that it can be studied from a series of fairly simple hypothetical "stories" about moving trains and the like, I've even gone through them with my 11-yr old on the whiteboard. Fascinating stuff.

The red shift is the basic evidence for the expansion of the universe right now(well OK last year. we may have some new stuff worked up that isn't in print yet) the red shift is a phenomena splained currently as the "stretching" of light waves as they are emitted from an object that is moving directly away from the viewer--One of the BIG problems presented by this theory is that EVERYTHING we look at in deep space is displaying it---That means that EVERYTHING in the universe is moving away from everything else----HMMMMMMMM
One possible explanation that is not fully accepted YET--is that the red shift may actually be caused by gravity-----------there are a lot of implications produced by this theory and Einstein did in fact say plainly that gravity sretches/curves space-- the curvature of space could in fact be causing the red shift not "the traveling away".
There are a lot of theories that are accepted and considered to be fact by the general populace--- the theophysicists debate these theories constantly--if you read the discusions/arguments they have--it becomes clear that there is a lot of assumption going on. We still are a long way from a unified theory. That in itself proves we don't have anywhere near the right answers yet--our current poor theories don't even give us ONE theory that we can start to test.
The string theory has been falling out of favor lately.
Speaking of strings, this young underage
string decides to enter a bar to have a beer,
"Barkeep, gimme a beer!"
One glance, barkeep firmly says,
"String, you are too young. Get out of here!"
Undaunted, the string unwraps himself from
his barstool, slinks outside, jumps around
a corner, then ties himself into a knot.
For an added touch, he vigorously frays
the end of his knot.
Walks back into the bar, wraps around a stool,
"Barkeep, gimme a beer!"
Barkeep looks over,
"Say, aren't you that string who just left?"
String, fluffs his frayed knot a bit,
"No sir, I am afraid not!"

Speaking of Iceland i once had a very nice blond-haired feamle type friend from there named Oertla (SP?) know her?
Blue, where did you get your BS from. I have a BS in astrophysics from Florida Institute of Technology. Anyway, the expanding universe... if memory serves, was discovered by Mr. Hubble, hence the Hubble's law which says that the velocity of the a galaxy is equal to the Hubble constant (I forget the value) times its distance. At least Im pretty sure thats what I learned in school, but then again I had a "pretty good" time in college so I could be mistaken...
Now, to really twist your brain, what happens in years to come. Does the universe keep expanding and the stars just fizzle out or does it retract? I forget where I read this, but if it retracts... do we have a whole new big bang (aka big bounce)???
Is there something new that Ive missed on the news that has brought this discussion up?
As for Einstein, yup - he called the "cosmological constant" his greatest mistake as a scientist. Shoulda busted out Occam's razor on that one, the cosmological constant==1. When in doubt, don't use fudge factors. Far be it from me to question Einstein though, of course! 514, if you have a mathematical bent/background, Pais' "Subtle is the Lord" is the best book I've ever found about Einstein's life theories. Be prepared for a bit of math though!
As for ALMI - I see a rise to .25 fairly quickly followed by a dip back before moving back up. We'll see.

Almost all true penny stocks I monitor lost
value today, quite the opposite of the major
indices gains.
I have found true penny stocks lag about
twenty-four to seventy-two hours behind
major markets on performance. When the
NASDAQ is down on a certain day, two
days later, low price penny stocks fall.
If this pattern holds true, we should see
increasing prices for penny stocks on
Monday and Tuesday, in response to today's
moderately up but volatile day.

Open universe theory--no "retracement" LOL
closed universe theory--collapse followed by another big bang--Poul Anderson (an astrophycisist i think)wrote a really good book called Tau Zero--I lost it in a house fire a few years back---fun PULP but gets into some really good philosophical raison d'etre
marginally open universe theory--- in this one the universe expansion slows to finally find an equilibrium-- sounds like the best one for our long term survival i think it's just wishfull thinking
Let's see if we can twist the brain a little tighter?
---if the universe does eventually stop expanding, will we finally be able to calculate PI?

twice as anal retentive, perhaps thrice
so with a minor in anthropology. Being

this endearing quality.
Have to keep in mind Pynchon is an old world
pot head, much like James Mitchum. Pynchon
is of Greenwich Village culture, circa black
and white television and Bo Diddley.
Pynchon is talented at using words and
language, but his facts are up in smoke.
“Those dusky Afro-Scandinavian buttocks, which
combine the callipygian rondure observed among
the races of the Dark Continent with the taut
and noble musculature of sturdy Olaf, our
blond Northern cousin”
Afro-Scandinavian, no. Afro-Nordic, yes.
Unknown to him, his clever use of words
actually references the Norse of ancient
western costal Scandinavia, specifically
todays Norway. Buttocks of Norse women
were well rounded and large, but for
dietary reasons, not environmentally
induced genetics.
Races of the Dark Continent. This is Africa.
Large round buttocks were specific to very
select early tribes in a small geographic
region of Africa. Those pronouned buttocks
were used for fat and water storage. They
were not specific to all races in Africa.
Taut and noble musculature. Noble perhaps
to some eyes, taut and musculature, certainly
not! Almost all fat with a nice jello shake
provided by water content. I know this first
hand, or first hands.
Blond Northern cousin. Nope! Not a cousin
at all, distant progeny of Africans. All
Anglos are progeny of Mesopotamia peoples,
African peoples, who are dark skinned.
Cold north european weather produced Anglos.
Pynchon, a talented interesting writer
who probably inspired the lyrics,
"Don't bogart that joint, my friend."
He knows his words. He didn't pay enough
attention during his science classes.
See what I mean about my being doubly anal?
Sit on your bum for a bit and wonder why
most cope with me.

Their filing is precisely as expected. It is

Raw material containing up to 80 % moisture is dropped into the throat of the KDS Micronex™ where it passes through an air-lock gate valve that eliminates blow-back and dust.
The material enters the torus rotor chamber where it falls onto spinning chains and is subject to enormous centrifugal accelerations. The chains spin with a tip speed of about 400 mph. The material is “fractured” as it impacts repetitively with the chains and the strike plates on the sides of the torus. Liquid water is squeezed out of the material due to the compressive action of the impacts. Heat created from the kinetic energy of the impacts evaporates some of the moisture in the material. When appropriate particle size reduction is achieved, air flow in the torus lifts the particles upwards towards the classifier. Because some of the water removal happens due to mechanical forces, less energy is consumed than in thermal dryers – usually, only 500 to 900 BTU per pound of water removed - less than the latent heat of water! No heat input is used - only electricity.
The classifier sorts the “fractured” material and can be adjusted for the desired particle size. Selected particle sizes pass through the classifier and larger particles are forced back to the torus to repeat the impact process.
Finished material is pneumatically conveyed out of the machine into the cyclone where the dry powdered finished material falls through the bottom air-lock gate valve to be packaged or placed in a bulk container.
Air containing water vapor and water droplets leaves the top of the cyclone back into the blower and then on to the grinding chamber. Water vapor and droplets leave the chamber through the vapor vents.
The floor of the torus, i.e., the clam, opens easily for maintenance. Replacing the bars or chains can be accomplished in ten minutes or less.

The demand for high-end minerals like halloysite is what's exciting for shareholders in Atlas Mining Company (OTCBB: ALMI - News).
The company, founded in 1924, owns the exclusive right to mine the Dragon Mine in Juab County, Utah. The importance of the Dragon Mine is its sizeable deposit of the mineral halloysite, which is very rich in alumina. More than 700,000 tons of halloysite is available to be extracted from the mine, with purity levels higher than any other halloysite deposit in the world.
So, what exactly is halloysite? Halloysite is a mineral made up primarily of aluminum and silicon. Its color is generally white, but can sometimes appear yellowish white, reddish white, brownish white, or greenish white. To this point its primary commercial use has been in the manufacture of fine china, bone china, and porcelain products.
During the past several months, Atlas Mining has sent samples of its products to two different ceramics users, two paint manufacturers and two international distributors. They have also negotiated an agreement on a major piece of equipment for the processing of the halloysite clay and an equipment- financing program with a reputable leasing company.
Atlas President and CEO, Bill Jacobson, had this to say. ''We have completed an in depth development and mining study, which confirmed the purity levels of the halloysite. The mineral is so pure, and of such a high quality that makers of fine and bone china will literally be able to introduce a new line of the finest china ever made, and are willing to pay USD$1,000 per ton or more for our processed halloysite. We will formally begin mining operations by the end of March.''
The Dragon Mine halloysite also has a unique tubular quality, not unlike a grain of rice, only considerably smaller and hollow. The halloysite microtubules act as time-release capsule, which dissolve over time. These ''tubes'' can be filled with such things as antifouling paint, antiscalants, herbicides, pest repellents, and other agents which could benefit from a controlled release.
Jacobson continued, ''The tubular attributes of the Dragon Mine halloysite is so unique that company executives have been invited to speak at the prestigious 17th Annual Industrial Minerals conference (IM17) in Barcelona, Spain later this month. We have chosen to send advisory board member, Dr. Ron Price, who will deliver a paper on the micro-tubular advantages of Atlas Mining's exceptional halloysite clay.''
Jacobson was very enthusiastic when talking about the special attributes of this halloysite. ''We have been receiving an overwhelming amount of interest from potential buyers due to the unique tubular attributes of the mineral. We had originally sought the rights to mine the halloysite because of the opportunities in the existing halloysite markets. However, our scientists quickly discovered there were several new uses for the processed mineral. It's these new potential uses which will undoubtedly dominate sales.''
In a gold rush letter more than 150 years ago, Mr. N.A. Chandler wrote, ''I am bound to stick around a while longer'' to express his opinion of gold situation in California.
To date, several Chinese companies have made inquiries into Atlas Mining, already showing a keen interest in the halloysite based on the geological reports, which the company had prepared by Richard Tschauder of Bueno d'Oro, Inc.
The exceptionally high quality of the halloysite has generated quite a bit of buzz and excitement over the likelihood of using it in a wide variety of applications and technologies, far beyond the scope of fine china. Based on demands for their precious mineral, Atlas Mining will be able to provide a steady stream of processed halloysite for the next seven to twenty years.
If Atlas Mining does nothing more than sell their entire cache of halloysite to companies in China, revenue will probably exceed shareholder expectations. In my estimation ALMI shareholders, like the California gold rushers, would do well to stick around a while longer.

As for getting up at 5am, just got back this am on the redeye from CA. Actually, I kind of like west coast time: I could get up at 5:30am and watch the market open and trade for 20 min before going to work. Nano-Clay May Shape Micro-Devices -READ THIS
By Mike Martin
SCI:TECH
May 20, 2003 11:11AM
"We're interested in making clay particles smart materials by combining them with functional organic molecules," said Cliff Johnston, a researcher at Purdue's Birck Nanotechnology Center.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Are your old PCs bleeding your company dry? Upgrading to the HP Compaq d530 series can save a lot of money over time. And now, when you trade in your old computers (HP and non-HP), you’ll get cash back toward the purchase of new HP products. Get up to $100 on desktops, $250 on notebooks.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Using a method that captures nano-size clay particles on a crystal, U.S. and Belgian researchers claim they have created an ultra-thin film that may yield new materials for medical, engineering and electronic devices.
Seventy-thousand times thinner than a human hair, the clay nano-film could help thwart terrorism and prevent further space shuttle disasters, according to Cliff Johnston, a Purdue University professor of agronomy and environmental chemistry. The film may be used to make better chemical sensors and super-strong, self-sealing substances for use aboard spacecraft or to house computers.
Smart Modeling
"Once you can control and manipulate nano-sized clay particles," Johnston told NewsFactor, "then you have the ability to create smart materials by combining the structural support provided by the clay with the functionality of organic molecules -- such as dye, enzymes, proteins and polymers. That allows us to build the clay and the organic molecules into more complex structures."
Clay particles form a semi-rigid template for organic molecules, he explained. By combining other substances with the clay, scientists can develop hybrid materials that are malleable and respond in a programmed way.
By creating smart clay particles, said Johnston, who is also a researcher at Purdue's Birck Nanotechnology Center, "we open a whole spectrum of materials we can develop that will respond in a particular way in a particular environment."
Playing with 'Clayers'
Clay minerals currently are used to create plastics that are lighter, stronger and more elastic than clay-free plastics. The clay is present in multiple layers, which adds stability, Johnston said. The stronger clay-enriched plastic, for instance, melts at a higher temperature than its clay-free counterpart.
Successfully manipulating these layers of clay has been the secret of the research team's success.
"Mixing bulk forms of clay is not the same as working with an individual layer, which allows you to manipulate it and to place it where you want it," Johnston said.
"This is a very interesting piece of work," said Cornell University associate professor of materials science and engineering Emmanuel Giannelis, a recognized expert in nano-clay chemistry. "What the authors have done is to isolate and manipulate individual clay layers in ways that were not done previously."
Clay-Coated Crystal
To produce, see and work with a single layer of clay, Johnston and Katholieke Universiteit Leuven colleague Robin Ras start with a technique called the "Langmuir-Blodgett balance," which involves adding insoluble organic molecules with positively charged tips to a slurry of clay particles in water. As positively charged organic molecules float on the water surface, they attract and bind to the negatively charged clay.
The researchers use the Langmuir balance to force the combined particles into a line -- akin to compressing water in a pool with ping-pong balls floating on the surface until the balls line up, Johnston said. The scientists then insert a crystal into the water that attracts the floating molecules, which coat the crystal surface with a thin clay film.
Nanotech Adobe
"These clay nano-layers can be used as building blocks to assemble much more complex structures," Giannelis told NewsFactor.
Electronic pH and chemical sensors made from the nano-clay "will respond faster than a larger device" of the same type, said Johnston.
The researchers report their findings in the May 27th issue of the chemistry journal Langmuir.

commitments from distributors over 10,000 tons
Year to date contracting revenue was $234,900, which was comparable to the previous period in 2002, however the company did experience higher general and administrative costs due to the expense of having the SB-2 filing approved. Commented William Jacobson, president, “We are finally moving in the direction we wanted. With the ability to bring capital into the company through our offering, we can start making progress at the Dragon Mine and bring our unique halloysite clay to market.”
Atlas has received commitments from distributors in the U.S. and the Orient that will bring first year sales to well over 10,000 tons. Current pricing of halloysite is at $450 per ton and more. http://atlasmining.com/releases.html#April%204,%202003

Developed by the Naval Research Laboratory In order to inhibit the growth of microorganisms on the hulls of ships, the Naval Research
Laboratory has been investigating the use of microtubules as agents for the first order
delivery of biocides. By encapsulating biocide chemicals within microtubule structures and adding this encapsulated material to paint that
is used to coat the hulls of ships, the growth of
microorganisms has significantly been
inhibited over extended periods of time. The
picture to the left illustrates this effectiveness
by comparing a settlement control (lower rod)
with that of a rod coated with paint containing
biocides encapsulated within microtubules
(upper rod). The utilization of the inexpensive
microtubule halloysite mineral as the host
material makes this a cost effective means for
delivering various chemical species at a
controlled, slow release rate for many different
applications. NRL biofouling control with and without microtubules
Preliminary efforts at NRL were focused on the use of lipid-based materials for making
microtubles. These lipid materials, though very effective, were rather costly. More recent
efforts involve the use of naturally occurring
halloysite, an aluminosilicate mineral that can
be found throughout the world. This mineral
comes in the form of halloysite tubules that
have lengths on the order of 0.5 micrometers
and diameters of about 0.1 micrometers.
The outer surface carries a negative charge
while the ends of the tubules have a net
positive charge. These polar microtubules
enable them to be suspended in an aqueous
carrier solution. The cost advantage is
obvious considering that previously
developed lipid microtubules can be Scanning Electron Micrograph of halloysite microtubules$2000 / gram while halloysite material is priced around $400 - $600 /ton.
The Naval Research Laboratory has developed and patented processes for impregnating
these microtubules with various chemical species. These tubules have been shown to
effectively release the encapsulated species at a slow, controlled rate. A demonstration of this controlled release rate has been
done by the Department of
Pharmaceutics and Pharmaceutical
Technology, School of Pharmacy at the
University of Dublin in Ireland. The
figure to the left is a graph that illustrates
the release of a cationic drug proparanolol. P1 is the free drug control run, P2 is the drug loaded halloysite tubules and
P3 is drug loaded coated halloysite tubules. The comparison between the standard
delivery method (P1) and the microtubule delivery methods (P2 & P3) reveal the dramatic
advantage in using micro tubular drug delivery methods. Drug treatments by this method
would be more cost effective with a greater likelihood of successfully treating a patient with
a single treatment.
Advantages in Using Microtubules as Carrying Agents
There are many possible advantages in using microtubules as the delivery or carrying
agent for various chemical substances. A few of these are:
• A reduction of toxic chemical runoffs (pesticides, herbicides, etc.) since can use an overall lesser amount. • A reduction in cost due to the use of a lower amount of substance (such as drugs, etc.) being delivered or the more efficient delivery of these compounds over time. • Lower labor costs because any application of chemical substance via microtubule carrying agent will last many times longer and therefore will require less number of
applications. • More effective delivery of substance since microtubules will protect encapsulant till it is delivered. • Targeted delivery of substances may be possible by modification of microtubule. • Improved performance and longer lasting effect of encapsulated material.
Why is the Use of Halloysite Mineral as the Microtubule Carrying Agent A Major Break Through in Technology?
Much of the work in microtubules has been in the area of lipids and nanostructure
fabricated inorganics. The Naval Research Laboratories patented approach of using
halloysite microtubules as the carrying agent has vast potential because of the following
reasons:
• It is extremely cheap. • There is a vast plentiful worldwide supply of halloysite mineral. • Since it is a naturally occurring clay it is environmentally benign. • It is extremely easy to handle and process. • Halloysite microtubules are inherently polar structures making them a natural carrying agent.
In Which Markets Can This Microtubule Technology Be Effectively Utilized?
Even though this technology was initially developed by the Navy to inhibit the growth of
marine organisms on the hulls of navy ships, the market and industry areas for which this
technology can potentially be utilized almost seem endless. The principle inventor, Ron
Price, has effectively demonstrated the use of microtubules as carrying/delivery agents,
controlled chemical release vehicles, and/or prolonged / extended chemical agent
exposure mediums. A listing of some of these different industries or markets follows:
• Paintings / Coatings • Agricultural • Medical / Pharmaceutical • Petroleum • Food Processing / Restaurants • Cosmetics, Flavors & Fragrance • Pet Industry • Pest Control • Construction Materials
Is There Patent Protection for Using Microtubules As Chemical Carrying Agents? The Naval Research Laboratory has patents that provide protection for the microtubule
technology. These patents deal with the composition of the microtubules, the structure of
the microtubules, the method of delivering an active agent at a controlled rate, and a list of
active agents for encapsulation within the microtubules. Active agents include fungicides,
herbicides, insecticides, pheromones, hormones, antibiotics, antihelmetics, antifoulants,
and mixtures thereof. The Naval Research Laboratory is interested in working with
companies to develop this technology for specific applications and licensing the intellectual
property for different areas of use. “Controlled Release of Active Agents Using Inorganic Tubules”, United States Patent

Atlas Mining President and CEO William Jacobson said, "We have excavated the area that will be the opening to the mine. The site we've chosen for our portal is very advantageous. We only have to drift down to the 120-foot level, at a 15-degree decline, to be at the bottom of a rather sizable bed of clay. We'll be able to conduct our first several years of mining operations at these levels, but will look to concurrently set up other extraction stopes in beds near this area as demand for our clay increases." The total length of the tunnel is anticipated to be around 250 feet, and the company expects to be able to reach the underground bed of halloysite clay within 30 days.
The company also purchased three additional pieces of mining equipment. "We purchased two underground loaders and a single-boom jumbo drill to supplement our existing equipment." The company intends to mine the clay with an Alpine Miner roadheader, which will be brought into service as soon as the access drifts are completed.
"This equipment, along with the KDS Processing Plant, will get our mining operations underway," Jacobson said. "The portal into the mine will be approximately a 10-foot-by-10-foot tunnel. The underground loaders are low-profile, rubber-tired vehicles specially designed for this type of portal and mining operation.
Company personnel have also exposed an approximate 100-ton surface bed of clay in the pit wall of the mine. "The advantage for us in this particular bed of clay is that we don't have to go underground to extract it. It's on the surface, which means we'll be able to fill the 50-ton order from our overseas buyer more quickly than if we had to go underground."
Ground leveling and other pre-mining operations continue on schedule. "We've signed the purchase order to begin construction of the Mill Site, and expect that to get underway next week. Everything is on schedule with our partners, with our suppliers, as well as regulatory with the State of Utah," Jacobson concluded.
The Dragon Mine is a rich cache of the mineral "halloysite." Historically, halloysite has been used in the manufacturing of bone china, fine china, and porcelain products. However, internal and other chemists and scientists have discovered new uses for the processed mineral. The Dragon Mine halloysite also has a unique tubular quality, not unlike a grain of rice, only considerably smaller and hollow. The halloysite microtubules can act as a time-release capsule, dissolving over time, and can be filled with such things as antifouling paint, antiscalants, herbicides, pest repellents, and other agents which could benefit from a controlled release.
About Atlas Mining Company: Atlas Mining Company is a diversified natural resource company with its primary focus on the development of the Dragon Mine in Juab County, Utah, the only known commercial source of halloysite clay outside of New Zealand. The unique purity and quality of the Dragon mine halloysite is unmatched anywhere in the world and has spawned considerable research into new and exciting applications for this product. Atlas also holds mining and timber interests in Northern Idaho, and operates an underground mining contracting business. Atlas stock trades on the OTC Bulletin Board under the symbol "ALMI." Personally, I am very excited by this PR. ALMI's ability to pull the halloysite out of the mine never really seemed in question, but the price and number of buyers *is* a question mark. They have made some good moves lately imho, and shown a bit of almost surprising business savvy in going out and pursuing buyers and new uses for the clay. Create enough demand and interest and number of uses, the price goes up. I have been adding ALMI whenever I can at .20 and under, and will continue to add at .21 and under now. Of course, I could be totally wrong, as often seems the case lately!

maybe once am retired or whatever, will consider trying more short-term trading, as you speak of. you seem to have a gift for it though, honeslty i'm not sure i'd be very good at it.
longer-term stocks seem to "fit me" better really for two reasons.
first is that i'm very often out of the office or at least very tied up at work, so i'd always be afraid that say i'd buy a stock for a quick trade, but then called into 2 hours worth of meetings on short notice or have to train some customers or whatever and not be able to sell.
second is: for some reason i'm just more drawn to long-term holds, dunno why. i find it a lot more fun and interesting to ferret out promising stocks and discuss them with others, than actually trading them.
i suppose the third you could toss in is: i'd probably be pretty crummy at short-term trades! someone like you or keithsan etc are just more naturally skilled at it i think, i don't just have a "feel" for it. maybe it's tied in with how i always sell too early!

Hattie, got any insight/experience re Asian co.s? Specifically, Chinese. I know a few scams popped up a coupla years ago, but with the capital restrictions easing somewhat, shells are increasingly landing in Chinese control. Usually these are smaller companies, but the occassional big one comes along. Some research reveals that keeping three separate books is the cultural norm...Of course, that practice also evolved under a much different system and does not automatically qualify them for the Enron All-Star team. Reason I ask, I'm looking at a pretty interesting one trading slightly above a buck. Recent acquisition by a company the underwriter says is the result of a joint effort between the state and the pharmcology university of Bejing. Said underwriter says 4 to 6 more acquisitions are in the pipeline. What I like, he did *not* make a wild claim ( as in "$20 pps, for sure!") about projected share price. Anyway, just wondering...will post what I find, but suggestions welcome as long they don't involve the mule I rode in on...

ALMI has great potential. Atlas has yet to
move into the retail market for their clay;
still in development stages.
Bill Jacobson, with whom I have talked many
times, is a straight shooter, a very honest
and sincere man. He is playing this slow
and safe, avoiding financing and debt, is
being careful to not release meaningless
fluff and pump news. He is taking good
care of both his workers and his investors.
Really great potential here. Readers are
urged to research this company. My opinion
is investors will enjoy stunning profits
in the future. Patience is a must, though.
Lots of companies are currently filing for
patents which employ Atlas clay, although
Atlas has not retailed yet. Lots going on
quietly, behind the scenes, by companies
not connected to Atlas Mining.
Lots of research material available, even
in this thread.
Again, patience is a must.

quote:frugal..there are many good stock in OTCBB that have much lesser risk factor involved than mining stock like ALMI. FRPT might be one. another might be vnbl, so on and so forth. for all that I know, the maximu return that ALMI has given is around 80%. holding a stock for 1 year and getting a 80% return can be done not necessarily by buying OTC stock. close your eyes and buy PEIX today. within 6 months.. you will undoubtedly have your 100% return. or buy HANS. holding an OTCBB, should give you a better risk/reward than moderate 50-80% reward. GLTY!

ALMI is just about the only OTCBB stock that I would hold that way. I tend to be paranoid where safety is concerned, but I also realise that to get ahead, one needs to cope with risk. Unlike risking our savings in Vegas, I can at least minimize the risk this way. It's not necessarily the best way, but it's worked for us so far. Definitely do the dd as it's the only way to get ahead, though it's no guarantee.

I gave my opinion that this stock shall underperform. the chart says much of it, most of mining stocks would peak around May/June area. after that, the sector has kind of been lackluster. long term trend on the stock shows bearish signals. thats my opinion on the stock. can you support why this company would outperform index/sector? does it have any institutional investors keenly interested in it? are there any big interest guys who have put a lot at stake on this stock? what else is your basis for this stock to outperform? IMO the market cap that it currently enjoys around $1.75-$2 PPS is good enough for the stock, unless it releases bvetter revenue figures/increase in its resources.

quote:well, dusty, cool.. all i am saying is the stock would underperform its sector after May/June, until coming jan/Feb. thats the way the sector works. i am giving my opinion on this stock same way others give opinions on so many other threads. i have justified why i think this stock would underperform the sector. i want readers to have both sides of the picture. i can support my claim as to why this stock would underperform. and i am putting those thoughts on the thread. charts tell you why the stock shall slide down. unless there is an anazing PR, the stock shall be capped below 1.85, for a while to come, might change if they put out another great PR saying they would have another 1-2M revenues per year or something like that, since OTCBB stocks run good on news of that sort.

quote:oh.. why would i want readers to buy my stock? IMO readers should do their own DD before buying a stock. all I can give is opinions on those/other stocks. frankly i really dont care if anyone buys my stock, because i depend more on charts/volume than one reader reading my post and buying my pick. nevertheless, my opinion on this stock.. its not going great distance without their contracts trickling money into the financials except when P&D masters hijack the stock. heck, not long ago, they hijacked DBGF at $3.5 and took it all the way to $22 before mighty crash. so assuming no P&D happens on this stock, the stock shall be capped where it is now. i will be watching the chart to break 1.85.
