Star Scientific (STSI) has been batted down to these lower levels and is now ready to retreat. IMO, this stock is going through its early stage of a breakout. It's slowly building nice volume support and expoure is still relatively low, hence, this hasnt ran on climactic volume. However, I see that happening next week. Nice pick up here for a swing. Low risk entry.

i got in for a few at .98 looking good so far this morning...up to 1.12

What the resistance level for this thing?
