Look at STG currently around $2.00! Last week was over $3.00!! The dramatic drop was because of PANIC selling. This will be back over $3.00 in no time.Why did people sell?
First quarter loss but look at the revenue increase and still forcasting EBITDA of $11 million which is a 27.9% increase year over year!
For the first quarter of 2004, Stonepath reported total revenue of $60.5 million, up from $38.6 million for the same prior year period, an increase of $21.9 million or 56.9%. The Company reported a net loss of .02 per share.
Even acounting for the .02 loss per share this quarter the last 4 quarters have earnings of .17! The PE should be AT LEAST 20 (forcastng 27.9% growth in earning)! Just look at their revenue growth!
IMO STOCK WAY UNDER VALUED!! I just bought 1500 shares. It's a good short term or long term investment.
