BTW: I'm only looking at this for the possible bounce. Historically, it always bounces when the RSI reaches 30, which means possible reversal to me.
It also bounces for a 1-2 week period.

ooooo....look at that killer 4% gain I found today! HAHAHA!
I really do think it's gonna bounce a nice rebound for at least the next week or so....
It's a mid term holder if you look at how long it historically takes to move to it's "top" when it comes off the RSI 30 line.

So, it looks like the Form 4 filing indicates the following:
- An option was issued to Riverview in lieu of loan payment. - the CEO of Park City Group also own Riverview. - Riverview cashed the option. - Form 4 was filed because the CEO of Park City Group is also the CEO of Riverview, so there is an indirect relationship regarding a stock purchase of Park City Group (PKCY) stock.
Anyone else?

Volume is higher today - Above it's 10 day avg. Also, moved above its 200 and 50 day moving average.
We might get a cup to form here if 20 dma keeps moving up.
