Took a glance at it..guess I need to dissect it line by line cause it seems they're talking about more than one company and/or spinoff in there.
Talking about the latest 10QSB on November 23rd?

According to the press release, looks like the Nas says it's Dec 19th or 20th, I forget exactly. (Referring to the ex date). I picked up some ALOY shares before the bell. I figure if I can sell both before any big drop, I should come out alright..

Well, havent gotten my shares yet. Neither have a bunch of other posters on the Yahoo board. One guy apparently shorted it at the price I bought at -- which of course was easy money for him considering the value of DLIA was subtracted from ALOY once the spinoff went through. Not a bad idea, that, shorting it --if I had a margin account anyway. Heh.

I dont know. Some of the longs on the Yahoo board feel it's undervalued at this price <shrugs>
I bought it for the DLIA spinoff. Hoping ALOY will go back up to $3.50 or more otherwise I'm gonna take a loss overall unless DLIA keeps rising. (which could happen)
edit: If I got my DLIA shares right now, at the current PPS of both ALOY and DLIA, I would almost break even.

Actually, I guess shorting ALOY wasnt so smart for that guy. Another poster commented he's now short 500 shares of DLIA, which puts him like -$400 in the hole, considering he has to cover at Delia's rising price. It actually hit $9.85 today so far! woot! I'm grateful I dont have my shares yet ; maybe I can grab a better price.
