JUPITER Global Holdings Corp. Provides Reports on Positive Developments in the VoIP Industry and Their Affect On Its VOXBOX VoIP Service

LAS VEGAS, NV, Feb. 17, 2005 (MARKET WIRE via COMTEX) -- JUPITER Global Holdings Corp. ("JUPITER" or the "Company") (OTC BB: JPHC) today provides reports to its current and prospective shareholders on recent positive developments in the VoIP industry as they effect VOXBOX, a new service in the VoIP Industry that JUPITER holds a 50% stake in.
The VoIP industry is a burgeoning multibillion dollar industry. The industry is developing quickly as more telephone traffic migrates to the Internet through VoIP services.

Ray Prescott, CEO of VOXBOX, stated: "VoIP is an industry that will dominate the telephony industry in the years to come and we are planning for VOXBOX to become a leading provider of VoIP services to consumers and businesses. As we rapidly execute activities in our preparation to launch the service, it is promising to see the positive developments that are taking place in the industry. Jupiter's shareholders should pay attention to these developments as I feel they will help provide shareholders with encouragement about our direction."

There are certain developments that are taking place currently in the VoIP industry that the Company believes are positive for the future of its VOXBOX VoIP service, such as the following:

o Recently a Colorado State House Panel OK'd a bill to exempt VoIP from
taxes. This initial state passage is a move in the right direction for
VoIP companies. This action is in harmony with the FCC's previous historic
ruling on the VoIP industry that stated VoIP services will be not be state-
regulated like phone companies. The Company feels that if more states
follow suit it will provide a great environment to encourage the growth and
technology improvements in VoIP.

The past FCC press release can be found at:

o Another recent positive development is the entry of Comcast into the
VoIP Industry. As more large companies like Comcast enter VoIP, the more
legitimacy the industry gets and the more both consumers and businesses
will be ready to adopt the technology. The Company believes that an
industry that matures at a quicker rate will bode well for its VOXBOX
service. More industry maturity could lend itself to higher adoption rates,
giving services such as VOXBOX an opportunity to benefit from more
telephone users being willing to switch to VoIP.

Today the Company posted an industry overview on the VoIP industry on its website (www.jupiterglobal.net). This report provides the investing community with a brief introduction on the VoIP industry.
Ray Hawkins, CEO of JUPITER, commented: "We are excited about the developments happening in the VoIP industry and believe they are very positive for the future outlook of VOXBOX. We feel, the more educated our shareholders are about the businesses we are developing and the industries they are in, the more likely they will see justification in becoming long-term shareholders of our common stock."

ABOUT VOXBOX

VOXBOX is an exciting new service in the multibillion dollar VoIP market. The Company owns 50% of the VOXBOX service and expects VOXBOX to be a quality contributor for its 2005 growth plans.

VOXBOX allows you to make telephone calls using the Internet. When placing a VoIP call using a phone with a VOXBOX adapter, you'll hear a dial tone and dial just as you always have. Voice over IP converts the voice signal from your telephone into a digital signal that travels over the Internet then converts it back at the other end so you can speak to anyone with a regular phone number.

Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) is a technology that allows you to make telephone calls using a broadband Internet connection instead of a regular (or analog) phone line. Further information on how VoIP works can be found at www.fcc.gov/VoIP/.

I know that it was called livestar entertainment with the trade symbol of LVSG last week.
I also know that I bought it at .09 last month and was told by a thread on here that he felt it was a scam. I can't remember the name off hand, but if you look in the old threads within the last month under LVSG you will see our comments.
Anyway he told me that this company keeps changing the name and symbol when whenever it gets kills (the price). I saw it at .09 a month or so ago and never higher so I sold. But do your own DD, I am not trying to bash only trying to help. Good luck
