PCRG is up from .01 to .10+ right now. I expect this to be at $10 by december.

Either way, if you got in at .01, and it hits $1.00, there is your 100k. $1.00 should be cleared by March after earnings come out.

Not a large float by the way, buyers make a big difference in the stock price.

Yeah, the sarcasm gets lost in the text message. [Razz] If it was me and I saw a stock that already did 1000%, I'd be thinking I'm already too late at getting into it...

OK Sgt. Smartass. I'll give you an idea.... although I explained some in the main forum.

7,442,200 O/S. (small float)

The current weighted average coupon rate in non-prime loans is between 2 and 3 points. We'll assume PCRG is at 2, and 1.0 in marginal profit.
Taking 1/3 (for the sake of simplicity) of that from the joint venture (Good Faith Financial) I'm expecting $333 in profit per $100,000 loan packaged and sold. Knowing the mortgage business as well as I do, I expect their product to be extremely popular. But to be conservative, $10,000,000 per month in originations in each of Detroit and Cleveland are reasonable. That's about $792,000 per year profit. Add to that expected real estate transaction profits of $2,000,000 and we can conservatively say close to $3,000,000 in profits in '05. At a multiple of 10 our stock price hits $4.

This is IF they do not expand beyond these two markets, and are not able to capitalize on the gaming, telecommunications, and other businesses they are engaged in.

On the high side, this stock could conceivably hit $20 or more.

This was an inactive public shell that has had a change of management and has formed several new joint ventures and expanded operations.

All of this is public information.

But Sgt. Skeptic is probably right, I just pulled this stuff out of thin air.

By the way, there is more news today.
Do your own D/D, but don't get angry with me later when this is at $1.00 in March.

If you like this so much then why share this with a bunch of short sellers and daytraders? Do you not think they could effect the stock price in a negative manner. Whats going to happen when it goes up a few pennies and there is a massive sell off? If I really and truly beleived any stock was going to make the jump you have predicted it would be my little secret

Good. I'll remember to ignore all your suggestions since you'll keep anything you know to yourself. If you don't know why I would tell, then you don't know anything useful.

Also, for your "massive selloff" theory, take the time to punch this in to yahoo and read the chart. There is price support well established at .10 cents. It's a new floor. But this is all lost on you... you're too 'smart' to look it up. lol.

Lets see here I am smart enough to see your company has about 20 times as much debt as cash on hand hmmm not good. Also you left out a negative 3000% return on assets why did you leave that out of your post???

1. it's not 'my' company.

2. if you like blue chips that move 2% per year, fine. but why waste your time here? If you think you can get rich buying QQQQ or the Dow, be my guest. But if you believe companies can change their direction and make real money, stick around. Companies like this turn little guys with guts into millionaires, and millionaires into multi millionaires. They turn people like you into pessimistic, jaded, lazy snipers who come to places like this and stick their noses in where they don't belong.

You bore me.

yeah, you caught me. the stock is up 1000% and my strategy is to come in AFTER that, and get the stock to move. That's my plan. Great work sherlock.

Kanzei, you are very caustic. Its really not neccasary, in fact it will eventually convince others not to listen to you. If you are hyping a stock, its far better to have good peer review. I know you are hoping for that gem, we all are or would not be here. But I dont delude myself, I will be fortunate to find a few good performers and double my investment in a reasonable time. I have been the day-trading route before back in '99 to '01. I lost quite a bit when the market crashed but gained experience. Now I take a different tack on how I pick a company. -Shrug- You will be right until proven wrong, thats the way it always is.

As for me, I put my money where my vocal cords are. I just bought 10000 shares of NIHK at .21, it could go past .40 very easily.

Maybe it'll make me filthy rich (smile).
Its play money but lets see how the dice roll.

Buy the company not the stock

Workingman,

I am caustic. I have a short temper for certain types of people. This guy did no research, made no argument, did nothing but type out a bunch of juvenile, sarcastic, criticism. It doesn't take much to sit around here, act like a big shot, and criticize. What takes work is doing the research, making the relationships that provide the Information that make people money. I don't like lazy, critical people that talk out of their ass for the purpose of discouraging the people around them. To me, those people need to be put in the their place before their negativity becomes contagious.

Then he starts accusing me of some bullsh!t "pump and dump", which he would know doesn't work in the first place, if he knew anything..... and which makes no sense based on the timing of my post anyway.

I'm sick of people that do nothing but criticize everyone around them, with no basis or justification. Constructive debate is one thing, he did not offer any... only some cheap, two bit, snide, sarcasm.

Oh boy he really seems upset for a guy that has discovered this gold mine of a stock he wants to share with the world. If I owned a stock I knew was going up 40,000% in one year Id be in a litte better spirits. Anyone that doubts me please go back and read the first post that started all of this and tell me he's not a scammer.

sgt. stupid,

patience. you'll have an opportunity to eat your words as soon as they announce earnings. a little profit taking is to be expected on a stock that has gone up 1000% this year.

but since you are new at this, and continue to show your ass every day or two, i'll just let you do so.
