I stole this from http://www.kissmybigbluebutt.com/#sept21pp

The Internets has started a drive to send donations to Planned Parenthood in honor of Sarah Palin.

Here's the link to donate to PP in honor of someone:

https://secure.ga0.org/02/pp10000_inhonor

For the address to send the acknowledgment, use:

McCain for President
1235 S. Clark Street
1st Floor
Arlington , VA 22202

You could be the first one on your block to honor Sarah by helping out a good organization. This hasn't gone viral as of yet, but it looks like Sarah will receive thousands of thank-yous from Planned Parenthood at a minimum. Let's see if it can be hunnerts of thousands. Tell all your rowdy friends.

bdg..... I had more respect for you when you bad mouthed the party and you gave supporting facts. This is a shamefull use of your seniority here. While you were away, I missed you because of the intellagant insight you brought to conversations. Why is an election year any different? Do you, and anyone else who posts anything about any candidate, assume that the readers are sheep, I have a ton of informative emails that I could post to, WHY, i'm not a shepard.
The nominees do a good enough job of smearing each other, and use our money for it (fund raising) for the T.V. adds. Funny how it gets worse as we get closer to D-day, or E day.
This is a general editorial feeling about the state of the election. I am tired of getting emails from people that I know for or against certain candidates, any one of which I could have posted, but I have my own opinion and I am entitled to it. Everyone here is also entitled to their own opinion and nothing I show you should make a d*mn difference. I could keep going but.......... better go see mamma.

Sorry about your lost respect, cj.

Maybe you should have directed some of it at the BS the republicans are passing off as information, when in truth is it 100% racial crap AND 90% lies. Why
have you never suggested indignation for that?

You ask what I know about the candidates? I've provided actual information, not lies, particularly on Palin. You act like the republicans lies are information and rejecting them is inappropriate. It seems you expect that I should stop pointing them out and demonstrating that they are lies.

Palin is a dedicated liar, spewing out crap like claiming she stopped that "bridge to nowhere", even after it was conclusively proved that she had no part in it.

Only last couple of days, after all of her previous claims have been shown to be lies, Palin has claimed that she fired Walt Monegan because he went on a trip to Washington to attend a professional conference without first getting approval. Now, the actual and official Alaska travel request form, appropriately dated well within official and timely State specified limits, is shown and, wonder of wonders, it was accepted and signed off on by none other than Sarah Palin, herself, again well withing official and timely State specified limits.

(She fired the city police chief too, upon first becoming mayor, apparently illegally, as she was forced to rehire Too, there is firing the city librarian after Palin's pressure to ban books was rejected and then being forced to rehire her when what Palin had done was learned.)

It isn't my fault that Palin has had very little experience and the vast majority of that carried on with devotion to standard republican hate attacks on anything that isn't far right-wing evangelical ideology and dogma

We, the people of the United States of America, cannot stand another vice president that plays fast and loose with facts and replaces them with far right-wing evangelical myths and worships at the feet of the free market fascism.

But you want me to not say this, because you WANT to argue what I say isn't appropriate and imply it is me, rather than Palin, that lies.

SHAME ON YOU!

My feelings of indignation are for both parties and their tactics and practiceslies and deceit is the name of the political game.

Sitting around claiming to be so outraged by the politics that you have a right to be on neither side and will just damn them all is a cop out of the worst kind. If people aren't going to play the game, they have no right to complain if the teams that do play ignore the rules. Those that refuse to vote loose by that decision any right to a vote on what the rules are to be. Certainly have no right to declare what the rules are to be.

At the end of the line of argument you propose, you have rejected the responsibility to be there to make whichever party wins be responsible with the way it governs. There would be no check on them if your way was to prevail. Authority and responsibility never travel alone. If you reject your patriotic political responsibility, you also ceded any authority to declare anyone to be wrong on any part of the process.

If you don't feel the patriotic duty to participate in the process (and remove from influence those that have dismembered our Constitution and forced the political respect of the whole world against us), then sit it out...and that includes sitting it out by not taking sides by chastising the players for not living up to your stated ideal of a lack of concern because you don't approve of the way the game is played.

If you have the right to not participate, for whatever reason, then you have no right to inject your attitudes into the process.

SHAME ON YOU!

Just who in the f*ck made you the..."If you don't back either of the lying, cheating, scumbag, parties that are polluting our political system, then shame on you" police...

YOU have NO right to tell anyone here what THEIR rights are you arrogant, self righteous, hypocrite...

Now say you're sorry...

Oh, and one more thing...

SHAME ON YOU for shaming others for exercising the same freedoms, that you so thoroughly advocate for yourself...

You need to spend the time to study the statement "YOU have NO right to tell anyone here what THEIR rights are you arrogant, self righteous, hypocrite...".

Attempting to tell people what you want to believe are their rights is all you seem to be capable of doing.

SHAME ON YOU, retiredat49, for shaming others for exercising the same freedoms, that you so thoroughly advocate for yourself...

So again I say...SHAME ON YOU, for shaming others for exercising the same freedoms, that you so thoroughly advocate for yourself...
