“I would hope that a wise Latina woman with the richness of her experiences would more often than not reach a better conclusion than a white male who hasn’t lived that life,” said Judge Sotomayor
Now, is this legislating by the constitution or by they way they grew up?
I do respect her stride to where she is today.

It's naive to think that life experiences to don't play a role in Judicial decisions on the Supreme Court. I know they are supposed to be impartial, but there is no way for a person to close out their life experiences. Just part of being human IMO.

Not that i think OJ was innocent, the Police and CSI in LA screwed up what was a slam dunk case.
Police taking blood samples from a suspect and then visiting the crimes scene's with it is inexcusable.

the timeline was too tight. people want to think of him as superhuman like a football star. those days were long gone for him. i thnk he always like the spotlight and did enjoy the whole trial thing until he lost in civil court, which was very wrong IMO.
the police obviously put a frame on him cuz they thought he was guilty and everybody just followed along. the blood, the glove are obvious, and the dome light issue is less obvious.
as a repoman? i was very aware of dome light issues. every time i opened a car to take it? i knew i had to get the door shut again as quick as possible to avoid being spotted. so i was ready to open and get in and shut the door aand LOCK it again quick. i used red lensed flashlights cuz they are very hard to see, and my truck domelights were removed, the cops do this too... it is not soemthing that regular people do or think about. IMO, the domelight is just more proof that he was framed.
his "guilt" in societies eyes, even tho the trial was broadcast is very telling about our society.

You can't tell me 8 black jurors regardless of the evidence didn't let their race and prejudices affect their decision? I know it's been done for decades in the South with all white jurors and i think it is wrong in both cases.... no doubt...
