Apparently not New Hampshire, as they are suspending trials by jury due to a lack of money for a month.

I guess having a speedy trial went out the window.

This is a scary beginning to what may come to pass in the future.

They are not "suspending trials by jury due to a lack of money", they are just not doing jury trials for a month with a possible 4 week extention.,

Thereafter they will have the trials.

Considering it usually takes about 3 months to arrange and schedule a jury trial anyway, it won't be much different.
