Maybe this will jog a bit of sense into various Codes and neighborhood "use" restrictions that prohibit solar and wind equipment to many that would use it if allowed (like those that denied the installation of solar cells to Gore's home in Nashville).
(In my opinion, most such restrictions are based more on denying access to non-white and "unwanted lesser social types" who aren't at least near-rich and do not have anglo-saxon surnames.)
