Yep, me and my friend had this conversation a few weeks ago with all the money moving from real estate

But what about all the forclosures and bad debt that the banks are now gonna have to find a way to absorb?

integrity... ehh i dont know..

he definatly is stubborn. i guess some people could say that makes him solid, even if he is wrong. [Smile]
also, historically war has brought good economy, so if thats the case, yes mr. bush thank you for puting money in our pocket at the expense of dead innocent people.

"Nope. It is his character and his integrity which are as solid as a rock."

He is a convicted criminal druggie has been proved a liar for the noble purpose of starting an illegal war.

What character and integrity?

What character and integrity?

President Bush is a man who sticks to his beliefs and convictions, in spite of his poll numbers.

He is steadfast in his positions and does not sway with the wind.

You accuse President Bush of being a "druggie." Is he a "druggie" now?

Granted, he may have had a substance abuse problem in the past. But why hold this against him if he has been "clean?"

You claim that President Bush is a "liar."

The Munchkin Man cannot think of one single lie that President Bush has told.

A lie is a deliberate and premeditated statement which is a contradiction to the truth.

Anything that President Bush said about Iraq was based upon the intelligence he received.

If the intelligence was faulty, then President Bush was acting upon good faith that this intelligence was accurate.

There was no deliberate or premeditated contradiction of the truth involved.

At the very worst, President Bush was misinformed.

Therefore, President Bush did not lie.

Many of the statements that President Bush said about Iraq were once echoed by John Kerry, Hillary Clinton, and many others. Does this make them liars too?

Years earlier, President Clinton made the same statements about Iraq, Saddam Hussein, and weapons of mass destruction that President Bush did. Does that President Clinton a liar too?

Wait!

The Munchkin Man almost forgot.

President Clinton was already a proven liar.

But there remains no substantive proof to support the claim that President Bush lied about Iraq.

Very Sincerely,

Munchkin Man

Dubya is a liar and a dope head.

"Granted, he may have had a substance abuse problem in the past. But why hold this against him if he has been "clean?"

Well, because he hasn't been clean and, because back then, in order to keep him out of jail and cleanse the family name, innocent well meaning law enforcement people simply doing their job lost their means of supporting their family (check out the records and the "missing records" in Lubbock and the statements of ex-highway patrolmen).

"A lie is a deliberate and premeditated statement which is a contradiction to the truth. " (Such as dubya being "clean" since back then.)

Any misinformation he used to trump up war in Iraq was misinformation he created, he caused to be created, or he knew to be false at the time (like the Niger BS and the aluminimum tubes and the Al Qaeda/Saddam connection the CIA had told him were not credible and - - -), i.e.,

BUSH LIED !

Most of these forclosures are not worth your time of day. In most cases the borrowers have used up every bit of equity in their property from last years highs.

Now that prices have dropped as much as 30% and inventory is up well over 200% you can find better deals IMO by shopping around and throwing some low ball offers out.

There are desparate people out there that need to sell NOW.

I am waiting for the bottom which is still to come IMO.

I concur...I did hear the purchasing of forclosures was a grulling process as well. And the fact that you cant see the interior of what your buying. I heard some people vacate in a rage leaving a HUGE wake. [Eek!]
