Stand a few blocks from the check point in NYC.

Drivers are paying top dollar to homeless and Illegals to ride a few blocks past the check points.

Hey........at least someone is making money..!

Could you explain what this is in reference to.
Lil is referring to the mandate that only cars with 4 or more people are allowed in New York City during rush hour due to the Transit Strike. The checkpoints are checking for occupancy rates in cars. Has nothing to do with Homeland Security, it's more of a traffic issue due to the strike.
