Sold naked April 50 C RMBS today. Got $1.40. Good premium. I should have wondered why. Turns out ppl were building big straddles depending on outcome of patent trial. I will try to close out the short tomorrow am.

closed out the short at mkt open for 0.05. Made 1.35. In fact I shouldnt have to even. Rambus announced jury will reconvene on monday, making me safe on Friday. Well its only 0.05.
Trying to say how to play Rambus next week.

Waited for verdict then shorted May 50 C. I could have bought OTM calls this morning on Rambus and made handsome $. Unfortunately my day job was keeping me busy.

Bailed out of Rambus 35 short put just in time. Now mostly in cash, waiting for buying opportunity.
