BOARD http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/board.aspx?board_id=9571

About F3 Technologies, Inc.

F3 Technologies, Inc. (F3) is an Atlanta-based Software-as-a-Service application service provider created to provide on demand internet solutions to consumers and small to mid-sized companies. F3 currently has three distinctive products: Fargotube.com, Ascend Global Systems and Interaction Community Systems. It is F3's goal to provide the necessary systems and tools to help its end user realize personal, professional , social, and business oriented goals.

Points of interest

First and foremost, this was a developmental stage company starting the summer of last year. They are a Software-as-a-Service company(http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Software_as_a_service), with three major products: FargoTube.com, Ascend Global Systems, and Interaction Community Systems.

Part of the fun with any of these micro-cap plays is doing Due Diligence, and we will not ruin the fun by giving every detail here, so I will summarize some key points:

• As of January 1st, 2009, the company is no longer in the “developmental stage”, and is fully engaged in marketing and sales of it’s product lines.(as per PR: http://ih.advfn.com/p.php?pid=nmona&cb=1238727222&article=29157967&symbol=NO%5EF TCH)

• Company projects $2 million in revenues for FY ’09. SAS sector is EXTREMELY profitable with gross margins averaging 80%. One of the best known SAS companies (CRM: Salesforce.com) has a 79% Gross margin rate!!

• Quote from the company : "With our burn rate being less than $10 thousand per month, the company foresees profitability by the second quarter of 2009." So one could estimate $120k in costs for FY’09, which would mean $ 1,880,000 in profits!

• PPS Valuation : $1,880,000/47 million OS = .04 x 20 P/E = .80 Price per Share Valuation!

• Looks like the companies main product right now is the interaction Community Systems. This looks like the cream of the crop. Take a look at it: http://www.interactioncs.com/f3/web/home.aspx?c=55f68c9f-8e52-4c85-bc7e-72892d8e 9f22

• After the companies first ROAD SHOW of the product:, they were able to land 2 deals within 3 weeks, with many more on the way. http://ih.advfn.com/p.php?pid=nmona&cb=1238903546&article=36389018&symbol=NO%5EF TCH / http://ih.advfn.com/p.php?pid=nmona&cb=1238903546&article=36795802&symbol=NO%5EF TCH / http://ih.advfn.com/p.php?pid=nmona&cb=1238903546&article=36812364&symbol=NO%5EF TCH

• Now read that last PR carefully : "The real good news is there is about another 50 communities we met with that expressed an interest in Interaction that we are still following up. We have installed over 600 units for homeowners associations and management companies for the month of March; these include Westport, Winston towers and Pine Ridge."

• Share Structure confirmed. 16 million float with 47 million O/S : http://ih.advfn.com/p.php?pid=nmona&cb=1239031119&article=37194709&symbol=NO%5EF TCH

What Opportunities Do HOA’s Pose For F3 Technologies Interaction? – FTCH.PK

What Opportunities Do HOA’s Pose For F3 Technologies Interaction? by otctimes.com

Homeowners Associations, more commonly referred to as HOA, have seen a very steady rise in the United States. Although HOA’s have stronger bearings in some states such as California and Florida, they are very widely accepted everywhere and continue to grow in number. What makes Homeowners Associations so distinct is their concept of a controlled area. In most cases, the HOA pays for special amenities that are available, maintenance, and in some cases even roads and more.

With that being said, the people living in these associations take exceptional pride in their home and community. The way their community is handled and seen is a direct reflection upon themselves.

Although each association is an individualized entity, they are still in need of the same general aspects. For example, all associations have events and meetings. They all need an accounting system to keep track of dues, taxes and other financial obligations. It is also the norm to have a common place where homeowners can actually view and keep track of this information. It has come, in this point in time that the normal commonplace is through the internet.

How Is It Being Done?

F3 Technologies (stock symbol FTCH) has developed software that takes care of all these needs and more. They have targeted a niche that needs them on a continual basis; as service never dies. Homeowners will enjoy benefits such as paying dues online, reserving amenities, communicating with other homeowners in their community and more.

Looking at the numbers, HOA’s have reached a point where they are accounting for 24 million homes in America, which translates to roughly 60 million residents. Moreover, this is around 300,800 communities that are in need of a software solution to meet their demands. The numbers only continue to grow for Homeowners Associations, due to the ever growing need for security and a family friendly environment.

If F3 Technologies can penetrate even 1% of these communities, that would lead them to over 3,000 communities that are continual clients for their base software application. That 3,000 base can then lead to leads being that property developers have many different, yet similar ventures.

The edge F3 Technologies has over other software developers in the industry is their savvy marketing techniques. They have recognized that HOA’s are looking for a complete solution. In most cases, other SaaS companies would provide modules, or parts, of a whole. Each part would be charged separately.

The Interaction Software is that complete solution that associations look for, all under one price. People look to web based applications for the convenience factor; F3 Technologies has taken it a step further and made it a complete win-win situation.

F3 Technologies Signs Major Contract for Its Interaction Community System
Apr 21, 2009 10:49:00 AM

Email Story Discuss on ZenoBank

View Additional ProfilesATLANTA, GA -- (MARKET WIRE) -- 04/21/09 -- F3 Technologies, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: FTCH) is extremely pleased to announce that it has signed a deal with Coastal Group Publications, Inc., the leading HOA newsletter publisher in South Florida. The deal gives this established and influential publisher the rights to fully market and deploy the Interaction Community System into any and all HOA communities in South Florida. The Coastal Group Publication deal was arranged via Interaction's exclusive deal with Expert Group, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: EXPU)

Coastal Group caters to over 15,000 homeowners in the South Florida market. Through this contract with F3's Interaction, they now possess the tools to expand both their business as well as Interaction's business at a greatly accelerated rate.

Over the last few weeks the Interaction team has traveled to south Florida, presenting to many of the communities that Coastal Group already works with. The reception of the Interaction System by these HOA communities has been excellent to say the least. With Coastal Group already in the households of over 15,000 people representing several different HOAs, it provides F3 with immediate credibility and should create a huge footprint for Interaction in South Florida.

"This is a landmark deal for us here at F3 Technologies," stated Frank Connor, CEO of F3 Technologies. "F3 stands to achieve full profitability through this deal before the end of the year. I look forward to providing our valued investors with firm projections and actual hard revenue numbers related to this deal in the near future."

Connor continued: "I am not really sure who is more excited about this agreement -- Coastal Group or F3 -- basically the revenue share agreement is going to benefit both companies tremendously."

Mark Valdes, CEO of Coastal Group Publications said, "We have been a major player in South Florida market for several years and have been seeking an opportunity to expand our business by providing more to our very valued clients. Over the years we have been presented with several opportunities to work with us but when we were approached by F3 Technologies and presented with the Interaction Community System we were blown away. Interaction had all the tools in one complete system that we have been seeking and now we can't wait to start expanding our business by deploying this state of the art system to our current and future clientele."

***UPDATED Due Diligence Summary***

I would like to try and explain the top reasons why FTCH has been drawing some well-deserved attention lately. There are several informed reasons provided below and I want to encourage other posters to ask questions or make comments about ANYTHING. There is nothing to hide with these guys and this company because they are the real deal, doing precisely what it takes to make a very real and profitable go of their BUSINESS.

--$--The REASONS--$--

--$-- F3 Technologies has been in the research and development phase for several years. It has not always existed as a publicly traded company. They reverse merged in mid 2008 into AUMN and then the ticker changed to FTCH late in 2008. So this is a relatively new play that hasn't even really hit the map of the investor world yet. I think I speak for several other big shareholders here when I say we think we're in on the ground floor of something very special.

--$-- They have 3 products designed to generate revenue. Ascend Global, Interaction Community System, and FargoTube. Currently, the Interaction Community System is NOT in the research and development stage and is being marketed aggressively and SUCCESSFULLY across the nation.

--$-- The Interaction Community System (http://www.interactioncs.com ) is a cutting edge Software as a Service (SaaS) product designed for community groups...in particular HOAs. THIS IS THE RIGHT-NOW REVENUE GENERATING PRODUCT THAT HAS MANY OF US ABSOLUTELY JAZZED For more details about the Interaction CS, try here: http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=37307645 and here: http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/replies.aspx?msg=37307752
(I *REALLY* encourage anyone planning to invest here to do the due on this system. It is kick butt awesome and I believe it is going to make these guys multi-millionaires.)

--$-- Ad based V Fee based revenues. HOAs can opt for one or the other...making it accessible to any HOA. This is simply brilliant IMO. What this means is if an HOA wants to simply try this out...they can do it for FREE while F3 realizes REVENUES THROUGH ADS! Here is a recent PR explaining how they generate revenues through each scenario: http://finance.yahoo.com/news/F3-Technologies-Unveils-the-iw-14880054.html

--$-- The Coastal Publishing contract deal is HUGE. http://finance.yahoo.com/news/F3-Technologies-Signs-Major-iw-14984684.html . This deal gives them potential to have an automatic footprint in about 15,000 homes in Southern Florida, a land rich in HOAs. It is through this deal that Connor predicted full company profitability. But it get's better...

--$-- I recently had a telephone call with Robert Rico, the arbiter of the F3 + Coastal deal, about the deal. He is completely jazzed because he is in the mortgage/title business and works with HOAs and HOA members all the time. He has bazillions of connections in the HOA realm because of his business, and he believes the Interaction CS is going to become a standard fare tool used by HOAs. He told me on this call that the numbers that Coastal gave to Frank were based on ad-revenue projections from the DADE county area only and yet it was these numbers that Frank made the full profitability prediction. Understand though that Coastal has a much much larger footprint than just the Dade County area!!!! This got me entirely excited...which I think is still pretty obvious. LOL

--$-- One more thing about Coastal. These guys have been making serious dough over the years through HARD COPY HOA newsletters with ads. They did the newsletters for free and made their money through the ADS. Folks, they have been doing this for several years successfully and have established relationships with hundreds (if not thousands) of ADVERTISERS. Now...how do you think these advertisers will respond/are responding as Coastal works to transition the ads from HARDCOPY to ELECTRONIC via the F3 Interaction CS? HUGE. HUGE. HUGE.

--$-- HOA stats. Folks, it does appear that F3 is targeting a significant market that has significant demand. In fact, it is a very large market with big dollars to spend and very little saturation. The kind of product F3 is offering through Interaction to these HOAs is superior to what is currently out there, it is cutting edge, and it is cost effective. Here is some due diligence regarding HOAs here in the states: http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=37043856&txt2find= HOAs

--$-- SaaS companies boast up to 80% profit margins and SaaS is getting HUGER every week. All of F3's products are Software as a Service products (SaaS). SaaS is the next really big thing. Check out salesforce.com if you don't believe me (they boast a 79% profit margin!!) Check out all the different tools you use online... gmail, hotmail, plaxo, etc, etc, etc. Everything that we do that makes us productive through communication is MOVING TO ONLINE SERVICES. You don't need to download and install squat. You get on your internet browser and login. There are so many advantages to SaaS...you can use it on any machine with an internet connection, you never have to worry about upgrades (it happens automatically), you never have to worry about reinstalling or uninstalling something. SaaS is a beautiful thing indeed, and I highly recommend all investors check it out...not just for the sake of this stock...but for the sake of that market sector. With those kind of insane profit margins...it is WISE to have some money in SaaS stocks.

--$-- These guys have been extremely responsible with the share structure. It's 47M o/s and 17.5M float. This is a beautiful share structure. When you compare it to some of these crazy pinkies out there with nothing but creative PR writers...it is pure HEAVEN!

--$-- Ascend Global Business Solution is a CRM like Saleforce.com. http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=37322859&txt2find= salesforce In talking with IR, they believe that Ascend will quickly overshadow the revenue generating ability of Interaction once they enter into the marketing phase with it. According to a recent video conference, they are planning to enter this marketing phase later this year. So...if you only took into account the Interaction service of F3, this would still be a fantastic investment opportunity, but when you factor in the potential of Ascend and then later FargoTube...it starts to become absolutely MEGA.

--$-- The monthly burn rate here is razor thin. F3 is fully operational on a budget of LESS THAN $10K per month. This is not to say it will not increase as the business grows, but right now they are being responsible, working the long hours, and taking meager pay because they (especially Frank Connor) believe they have the right plan and right products to succeed. I've looked through the filings and I like what I see...no fat paychecks to management. They are stretching every dollar here and that makes me as a shareholder believe they'll continue to be responsible with the share structure here. If they have a razor thin burn rate, that means they will be covering that through revenues generated through their products...not the selling of paper.

--$-- Progress Progress Progress!!! These guys have been increasing their footprint across the U.S. Just take a quick look through some of the recent PRs to see the deals they are sealing across the nation...getting their services IN and generating $$$ for the company: http://finance.yahoo.com/q?s=FTCH.PK

--$-- The Interaction CS TOOL is COOL, FAST, and COMPLETE! Interaction really rocks. Check it out. Kick the tires a bit. Please note they are not RESELLERS of this tool/software. This is their baby and they hold all the rights to it. It is Facebook on Steroids for HOAs. Period. Here is a demo: http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=37272895&txt2find= demo

--$-- Transparency Transparency Transparency!!! F3 has recently updated its Pinksheet filings and is in the process of attaining the high "transparent" category rating that Pinksheet gives. Recent PRs and video conferences show a commitment on their part to be transparent with investors. I *really* like that.

--$-- Conservative PPS valuation puts this much MUCH higher than where it is currently trading. See this excellent post by jimmybob: http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=37323245

--$-- You take all the above into consideration and one word comes to the forefront of my mind: POTENTIAL. F3 has proven they have POTENTIAL and have proven they have what it takes to capitalize on it. P-O-T-E-N-T-I-A-L!!! And alot of it.

Phew. That's alot of stuff I just wrote.

I hope those of you new to the board will find this summary helpful. I know there's alot more than the reasons I provided above...but I hope this will be enough to generate some discussion!

My heart is in this one. I have spoken now numerous times with IR here and a few times with CEO Frank Connor. This isn't a hey-we-have-a-good-idea-that-might-work-if-we-get-enough-money company. This is a we-have-been-working-our-butt-off-and-now-it-is-beginning-to-pay-dividends company!!!

I know I've written a novel here...but I hope ya'll can see this ain't a one or two day momo play for me (and others). These guys have some meat here. Let's go FTCH!

There it is!

P.S. Here is another solid DD compilation post by another poster: http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=36835525

FTCH NEWS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

FTCH--F3 Technologies Installs Interaction Community System in 2,000-Unit Home Owners Association

ALPHARETTA, GA -- (Marketwire) -- 05/07/09 -- F3 Technologies, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: FTCH) is pleased to announce that the Company is currently installing its Interaction Community System software into a prestigious north Georgia subdivision with roughly 2,000 homes.

Frank Connor, Chairman and CEO of F3 Technologies, stated: "This is the largest single-family homes community group that we have signed thus far. We have worked diligently on closing this particular deal for about 5 weeks and could not be happier to have this high-status subdivision join the growing list of communities now using the Interaction Community System. This particular community is a well-known HOA within a broader community saturated with other HOAs and we look forward to targeting many of them using this new subdivision as a reference. With this deal and other new business we closed this week, we are definitely on track to hit our prediction of 100,000 Interaction users before 2010."

In an ongoing effort to build shareholder confidence, F3 Technologies is pleased to announce that they have initiated the process to reduce their authorized shares from 1 billion shares to 200 million shares, representing an 80% reduction in the authorized share count.

Frank Connor said regarding the reduction: "I am dedicated to consistently assuring our shareholders that F3 is different than the vast majority of other Pink Sheets companies. It has long been assumed that since a company trades on a lower exchange that they do not operate with integrity and are only 'out for themselves.' That is simply not the case with F3. It is my goal to build investor loyalty by continually working to bring greater value to this company and the positions of our stakeholders."

At $280 million a year, we're talking $30-$40/share with a conservative PE ratio.

From my conversation with Jim Canouse, their VP of Finance.

In just ONE of their product lines (Ascend), they'd like to capture $287 million BY 2011. That doesn't include the revenue from the Interaction system and fargotube.

In one of their news releases they talk about their goal of $287 million for the Ascend product.
