APDR gonna be explosive monday imo. 15-12G filed yesterday. Hit hod of .0009 then brought down on a couple of 5 k whacks. MM's trying to get cheap shares imo. Traded real thin for a trip zero stock so obviously a low floater.

Finished strong up another 57% and counting. .0021 x .0023.

Heres the rumor going around and if it plays out oh my.

Quickie rundown....

A few different people told me EBOF is going to spinoff a company that plans on tapping into government stimulus funds via green energy. Said they were spinning this stimulus play into another shell. EBOF shareholders get stake, dividends to EBOF shareholders in new company restricted shares I'm betting.

I'm 99.9% sure the shell getting spinoff company is APDR. Same CEO, same address etc as EBOF and just filed a 15-12g Friday for APDR. So APDR not EBOF looks like better way to play this one. News supposedly out very soon.

This ties in to the deal imho...EBOF / Faulkner~Chrysalis Energy Partners Formed to Provide Strategic Counsel To Green Energy Sector.

February 5, 2009 in Announcements

Washington, D.C. - Chrysalis Energy Partners announced today the opening of its new strategic consulting firm which will provide advice to businesses, investors, universities, non-profit organizations and governments on the expanding opportunities in the renewable energy and energy efficiency markets.

Chrysalis will develop and guide client strategies to successful outcomes while providing counsel on government sector, public-private and private-private partnership opportunities with a focus on a strong return on investment.

Chrysalis Energy Partners is led by its president and co-founder, Douglas L. Faulkner. Faulkner served as Acting Under Secretary for Rural Development at the U.S. Department of Agriculture and Acting Assistant Secretary for Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy with the U.S. Department of Energy. Faulkner’s nearly thirty-year federal career in the government spans five Presidents, and includes stints at the Central Intelligence Agency, the Department of Energy, and the U.S. Department of Agriculture working on issues from diplomacy and trade to biofuels and technology development.

Faulkner has been at the center of efforts to promote green energy through multibillion dollar collaborative research and development activities. Most recently, Faulkner played a key role in negotiating and implementing the landmark energy title of the 2008 Farm Bill and was also instrumental in the development of the October 2008 National Biofuels Action Plan, the Global Bioenergy Partnership, and the U.S.-Brazil biofuels partnership.

Chrysalis co-founders include Tim Powers and Ari Storch, founders of Chrysalis’ affiliated lobbying company Artemis Strategies.

Powers has spent more than two decades advising companies on their strategic plans for the government sector and has served as a senior advisor with the U.S. EPA. Storch, an international relations veteran, has been active in developing international cooperative programs on energy development and has worked on numerous energy sector issues including cap and trade programs, climate change, infrastructure development, environmental safety programs and innovative project funding for his clientele.

Joe Davis and Ari Strauss round out the bipartisan management team for Chrysalis Energy Partners.

Strauss most recently served as the Legislative Director for the Northeast-Midwest Senate Coalition, a bipartisan caucus of United States Senators co-chaired by Senators Jack Reed, (D-RI) and Susan Collins, (R-ME). There, he developed policy strategies on regional economic development issues ranging from agriculture and energy to water infrastructure and housing. He spent ten years in the Washington office of Congressman Tim Holden (D-PA), a senior member of the House Agriculture Committee and Chairman of its Conservation, Credit, Energy and Research Subcommittee. He was the Congressman’s top policy advisor on agriculture, transportation, energy, and infrastructure issues.

Davis has twenty years experience in public and government affairs. He has advised venture capital firms, national laboratories, investors and energy companies on smart strategies to leverage the regulatory and policy environments to supplement a company’s business strategy. He was a senior executive with the U.S. Department of Energy, NASA and served as senior advisor to two U.S. Senators. Davis spent several years with the U.S. Chamber of Commerce and the National Association of Manufacturers advocating for regulatory reform, energy, environmental, automotive, and telecommunication issues
