MotivNation, Inc. is aggressively positioned in the custom automotive and motorcycle enthusiast market. The foundation for the business is the platform custom operation of Damon’s Motorcycle Creations. Based in Southern California, Damon’s has gained national acclaim in the custom automotive and custom motorcycle community as a noted “master builder to the master builders” in the 2003 VQ annual published by V Twin Magazine. Damon’s is featured regularly on the Discovery Channel’s hit series Monster Garage painting the many creations of Jesse James and his crew. Damon’s is also noted for handling the final finishing and custom paint work for Jesse James’ West Coast Choppers.
The company’s goal is to feed the growing enthusiast market. It has been our observation and now our conviction that the custom market is no longer confined to just the weekend mechanic or collector. There are a growing number of enthusiasts who have never turned a wrench, but loved and never forgot the muscle car or hot rod they saw and lusted for when they were a kid. Now they have the time and the money to have their own unique custom toy.
The target clients for MotivNation are in two categories. The first client category is that of the individual custom automotive enthusiast or collectors of the “one of a kind” custom motorcycle and auto creations. The second and primary market are the local fabrication and custom shops who buy materials and supplies for their work in serving a growing market appetite for custom or modified automobile or motorcycles creations of their own. To this primary market MotivNation will distribute several lines of materials and equipment as well as training through the company’s own distribution infrastructure.
MotivNation will deploy a two part strategy to deliver solid top line revenue and better than average sector profits.
The First Phase of the strategy is the consolidation of several proprietary lines of custom automotive finished goods bearing the Damon’s and MotivNation brand name. These products will include the core custom motorcycle products as well as custom performance autos for the company’s growing collector clientele. These “collector” products are sold directly and through select distributors. The Company sees the strength of its current brand within a rapidly growing custom automotive enthusiast and collector market as the springboard for aggressive sales growth in high end custom work. The Second Phase of the strategy is to utilize the national brand loyalty and newly developed infrastructure as a distribution channel for custom automotive products and accessories for the custom enthusiast market. These products will be initially focused on the custom automotive trade in the areas of specialized paint and finishes as well as the related tools and supplies for the custom auto and motorcycle professional fabricator. Related Acquisitions within the custom automotive industry are being aggressively pursued. The company’s Damon’s operation is presently reviewing many product manufacturing and fabrication operations for their contribution to the company’s product line extension and subsequent contribution to revenue and profits. The MotivNation management and advisory team has a highly refined best practices analysis to identify best of breed manufacturers, fabrication operations and staff for the benefit of the greater company.
