Right42day, I am not sure what the volume was when you posted FCPG, but I checked it, and see almost 20 times average volumes over the past year, comparing the volume to the 5, 20, 50, 100, 200 day averages. Very impressive. Don't see many with that kind of volume variance to averages, plus the fact that the price has been steadily pulled down from .19 in Feb '06.
From a 10 QSB filed 2/21/06 : As of February 16, 2006, the Registrant had 74,674,726 common shares outstanding
From a SB-2/A filed 9/7/06 for 127M : FacePrint’s common stock is presently listed on the Over-the-Counter Bulletin Board under the symbol “FCPG.” As of September 5, 2006, FacePrint had 88,505,657 shares of common stock outstanding.
So, about 14M dilution in 7 months. not bad for a penny stock.
From the most recent 10 QSB : As of November 20, 2006, the registrant had 103,591,128 shares of common stock outstanding.
Still not bad. Another 15M sold in two months, so 29M diluted in 9 months.
This was selling at .19, 9 months ago, a take down factor of 94.7%, with dilution of only 29% (from 74M to 103M). Hardly seems equitable, might be a little over done. I'd like this at .01 with 250M O/S, and it's not even half that.
There is that open SB-2, but I think that has been accounted for in the price take down already.
Good find ! I'm in with you, good luck.

Just having these 4 big shots in on it, almost guarantees some success. I believe there is a huge silent following watching these boards, and whtaever these guys yeah or nay, gets the drum roll and budgle call a going. In New Orleans terms, "here comes the parade" They lead everyone follows.
I don;t know how I got 2 Stars, as I've got to complete my one year in boot camp. These 4 guys fought the wars and battles. And won.

I am pleased to see you edited your post, and retracted your claim "everyone is bailing". SEC filings show a different story.
Form 4 summary
11//15/06 Keophounsouk Kayla sold 575,000, still holds 4,079,000. (Probably because she resigned as CFO, that justifies that sale) :
"On November 21, 2006, Kayla Keophounsouk submitted her resignation as a Director, Secretary and Treasurer of FacePrint Global Solutions, Inc. effective November 21, 2006 to pursue other business opportunities. Ms. Keophounsouk resignation was not the result of any disagreement relating to our operations, policies or practices."
10/30/06 Cote Piyada sold 300000, still holds 5,176,667
10/27/06 Houle Jean Daniel bought 500000 still hold 1,651,700
Cote Piere bought 250000 still holds 28,641,214

Pretty broad statement. I see you often ask posters to prove their position. Fairplay and turn around would have you doing the same. I am sure the folks who bought this would be interested in your reason(s) for what seemingly is a criticism of FCPG.

Very simple Will, look at all the insider trade action... look at all the change of directors. Look at the lack of PR of what should be happening.
Nothing
just a pink in an OB. And the chart proves it.
Doesn't mean it won't be good for a couple plays, but IMO you better have your finger on the trigger. So much so that I won't post my entry and exits.
And I edited the remark about EVERYONE bailing... there are still a couple left. Review the 8 ks and see who is still standing. I find it interesting that the form 10 was filed on the 20th and kayla bailed on the 21st.

It is not a pink, it is a OTCBB. Change of directors / Officers ocurr regularly with penny stocks, not unusual. My above post shows insiders owning almost 40% of the last reported O/S. Mr Byron's compansation package will add to that insider's holding also :
"On September 26, 2006, FacePrint Global Solutions, Inc. (“FacePrint” or the “Registrant”), entered into a professional services agreement (the “Agreement”) with Canon Bryan, which was approved by the board of directors appointing Mr. Bryan as Chief Financial Officer of FacePrint. Pierre Cote, FacePrint’s Chief Executive Officer, simultaneously resigned as the Company’s interim Chief Financial Officer with Mr. Bryan’s appointment.
There are no family relationships between Canon Bryan and any director or executive officer of the Registrant.
Pursuant to the Agreement, Mr. Bryan is to be compensated $75 an hour in cash or $150 an hour in shares of FacePrint common stock. Mr. Bryan will be issued a retainer of $10,000"
Now, if you are here looking for the next IBM or WalMart, then your points are valid.
I would think most here "play" pennies as opposed to looking for "long term investments".
Many penny stocks are riddled with shortcomings, and open for criticism for the long term investor.
My position is and always has been 99.99% of penny stocks are houses of cards, fundementally and financially close to ruination. It is also my position when these seemingly worthless issues behave like FCPG did today they are being readied for some gains soon. Do I miss bottom sometime? Yes. This might go a bit lower, but it will see gains. I expect first resistance to be at .016, then as always the terible .02, and if it handles that a price of .024 is possible. I won't be around to test the high end of those possibilities.
While FCPG, like most pinks might not be a real company, the volume / price activity of FCPG today tells me, buying it at .01 I should have a high degree of confidence I will make money with it.
It is easy to second guess, and be critical of anyone's picks here in pennyland, Some people pretty much just do that on these bullentin boards. I have respect and admiration for those who risk their good name and reputation making their pick public.

another one of my points... this will add to resistance eh?
Will, I'm a swing trader - not a day trader. maybe that's why I'm a little more critical of what plays I make. I do like an easy quick play once in a while sure, but I saw red flags here. that simple m8. get in get out, have a nice time shopping.
Cheers M8.

If asking someone to be accountable for their position is "calling them out", then so be it. I see your remarks and comments as "calling others out", for having the confidence to post their picks.
What came first ? The chicken or the egg ?

I'd say the egg since the chicken got run over crossing the road after I ate the egg for breakfast.
I do call others out.... and I appriciate you keeping me honest, while we may not see eye to eye it's good to have differences.
Cheers.

This is an interesting pick. good that it is near the 52 wk low. took a bit to get everything out about kayla and Cote. Which is what i was working with Will about. Change of personel. They will want out and add to the resistance. Looking at the charts shows that this has tried to break a few times. Looks like it should be on the level now or close to it. would like to see some direction posted by the CFO for future representation.
