Sulja Bros. Building Supplies Ltd. (PINKSHEETS: SLJB) releases updates to shareholders on the delay of the audit.
Sulja Bros. today announced that there will be a slight delay in posting the audited financials as stated in previous press release in order to conform with proper accounting practices. A company spokesperson stated, "The delay is nothing to worry about, we want to make sure that when the audits are posted they are done properly and make complete sense. Since these audits include North American companies and figures generated from the Middle East operations, we had to make sure that all companies under the Sulja Bros. umbrella operation are taken in consideration. Also, we have to ensure that these final audits meet all necessary standards and legal requirements as stated in all these different regions. We apologize for the delay but we have taken the liberty to decide that posting complete and all-inclusive financials audits would be a better course of action rather than hastening to complete only portions of it.

Jeez ! How many times have they changed the date now.
-- First they said Mid-Sept
-- Then they said early last week
-- Then they said by the 23rd
-- Now they changed it again.
But this time they didn't even give a time frame...They just left us hangin. You can count on a huge sell off in the AM! This 4 times they changed it now! But this time, they gave up on setting dates. I guess they figured what's the use.

This is a fantastic company. I loaded up again after this PR. This is how you run a company. They are not worried about the day to day moves in the PPS. Love it.

They could have saved us all a lot of grief this weekend had they said they were going to do this before telling us they were posting them twice already.

They should have said this right from the beginning, another company move that was not carefully thought out and planned.

There have been bumps in the road. You can expect that from any non-seasoned company. They aren't worried about day to day moves in PPS. I'm glad they are waiting to put the fins. out. It would be premature to PR them without looking them over. I'm taking them at there word, as they haven't done anything to make me think different. Business takes time. Audits take time. At least they are being forthright and informing shareholders instead of the terrible silence that leads to speculation. I wouldn't want to have to chase this stock when financials are released which could be any time now...possibly today. The pr did say "slight delay" which leads everyone to interpret slight.
