This is a non reporting pink sheet with very high risk. From high risk comes high rewards.
Dont invest more then you can afford to lose.

They just made it so he can't trade them - removing them from the float.

Nothing you said was incorrect, but tradable shares *ARE* part of the outstanding share count. Outstanding shares are parts of the issued share count. When you take them from trading, you must also take them from the outstanding share count and issued share counts. No exceptions.

I highly encourage everyone to read this article before taking a position opposing me on the dilution issue.
http://www.investopedia.com/articles/basics/03/030703.asp

BTW, penny, miller? How'd that go, asking how much Frank made per year? Richard didn't answer did he. Ever wonder why an investor shouldn't know that? Hell, we know exactly how much the CEO of Disney makes, it'd make sense to know how much Frank does, wouldn't it?

I appreciate your comments about what Richard is saying, but until I hear it from him, I'm not going to run on hearsay. They want to get smart about how they post PRs, they need to finish a GAAP audit and become fully-reporting. I'll read any prospectus they want to send me, but it had damn well better have the "bad stuff". I'd like to see a QBID SWOT analysis, for example, complete with Threats and Weaknesses.

They candy coat every PR and it is about time Richard and Frank quit doing that crap. If they expect to be profitable within 12 months, they need to get the audit done, get on the AMEX, and then get back to work, only notifying investors when a new carrier is picked up or a new show/season starts. Also, some updates on the gay games would be nice too.

G- The information that you directed me to is one of the sources I used too. Here is a quote from it:
"Outstanding Shares
Not to be confused with authorized shares, outstanding shares refer to the number of stocks that a company actually has issued. This number represents all the shares that can be bought and sold by the public as well as all the restricted shares that require special permission before being transacted."

Unless I am misunderstanding this somehow, the definition I quoted above tells me that you are incorrect when you say that "When you take them [shares] from trading, you must also take them from the outstanding share count and issued share counts. No exceptions."

IMO, Frank's shares have a restriction of not being tradable without prior permission from the SEC, but they are part of the OS/issued shares count.

Interesting. Let me post a theory. Take it as you like:
The below shows (mostly), after hours trades (AH). With a total volume of these being 105,000,000 (105 mill shares). Given that, the previous statements I have seen, suggest this as MM's finalizing transactions for the day. Ummmm, do you see alot of OTHER stocks doing this in Pink Sheet land? Or any other land for that matter?
Take a look at this:
http://stockcharts.com/def/servlet/SC.web?c=QBID,uu[m,a]daclyyay[da][pb50!b200][vc60][iUb14!La12,26,9]&pref=G
Now, if I'm not mistaken, this gives MM's complete control of the next days ANTICIPATED volume, since they own all the shares....what better time to buy mad amounts of shares, than AH? Sustained volumes at these levels, maintain continous prosperity for the MM's by shorting it and holding the BxA down.....just a theory and conjecture on my part, have fun [Wink]

I never said I didn't sell on the big run. I sure did not hold it all for the drop down. I did alright and have free shares. But I have added back in the teens and 20s thinking the price was bottoming. I guess I was wrong. I do not bitch, I will live with the price going to zero. I just asked what the importance of C-band is for Frank and QTN. But TMM is a media company, so I guess that puts them in the market to aquire studios, and satellite companies, and own networks such as QTN and Pride. TMM (QBID) would be considered a holding company, and the other companies would be it's subsidiaries. They are buying the other companies using shares in TMM and supposedly when all the aquisitions are complete, the value of them put together will create this great big media synergy worth 5 billion plus that a larger media company will buy out and make the 50 billion O/S worth a dime a share. I am basing my risk investment on that theory and that Frank is good at aquisitions based on his backgroung at turn-around and startups that he sold for profit, hopefully that is what he is doing here. It seems that some of the people receiving shares for goods would rather take the money out now instead of banking on Frank's vision, thus pushing shares on the market and dropping the price. Frank better get all the pistons firing quick, or his aquisitions will bury the company before it can take off. If the aquisition shares would quit getting dumped, we might actually hold a run for a change. IMO-TW

Marty,

I'm going to add my "conjecture".

I did not expect a big PR this week for a simple reason.

Frank has consistently said that he does not want to repeat past mistakes....announcements before signing.......

Tomorrow's date is forever branded into our minds and this nation's history.

The outcome of 911 also had a negative effect on our network including the deals that fell through.

I'm not saying there will be an important PR this coming week, but I never expected one for this past week.

MillerTIME said that Richard and others were pushing Frank for a PR/dvd....

We will get it only when Frank is ready.

Hope everyone is enjoying their weekend.

Got To Love This Possibility [Big Grin] Before to long we will be everywhere.

Right now, QTN is a subscription channel that's available in only a fewmajor markets, such as New York and San Francisco. But cable companies around the nation, including Central Florida's Bright House Networks, are looking at QTN to see whether they should add it to their lineup.

Another chance for "Q" to get international [Big Grin]

U.K. gay TV channel canceled
Gay.com U.K.
Friday, September 9, 2005 / 03:43 PM

Faze TV, which would have been the United Kingdom's first gay TV channel, has been canceled after apparently failing to reach a transmission agreement with Sky.

In an e-mail sent out Friday, those behind the channel said they would be abandoning existing plans for the channel after an "exhausting" time organizing a suitable package with Sky.

The reason behind the cancellation seems to be a lack of funding.

"We have been forced this week to admit defeat," the e-mail says.

"We heard last Wednesday that Sky would not offer a license fee for the channel which would have enabled us to launch."

"We needed at least some payment from Sky, as advertising revenue alone will not generate enough income to pay for a programming budget of sufficient quality, and we could not secure funding for a subscription channel," the creators added.

At press time, the channel's Web site had also been pulled down and company telephones were not working.

The cancellation comes despite high-profile advertising campaigns for the channel in the nationwide gay press.

The glossy ads, featuring male models and promising multidimensional entertainment for viewers, appeared in many of the gay magazines, proposing a mid-Autumn launch on Sky.

[offtopic]

As Americans and people of the 83 other countries who lost citizens in the attacks four years ago take some time out to honor the fallen innocent and heroes of that day and the days that followed, I for one would like to emphasize the resolve that we shared as a nation, and as a nation of nations, in coming together after such a tragic and gruesome attack. Those who died reminded us that we are not as different as our daily lives would suggest. May the Great Architect of the Universe bestow blessings on those directly impacted by those terrible events, and may we be reminded, today among all others, that we as a people are capable of meeting pure and distilled savagery with equally pure honor, sacrifice, duty, and charity.

Richard mentioned in a previous conversation I had with him, a quote from Frank, "If there is one thing I know how to do is buy bankrupt companies"

You just never know what the possibilities may be. Assets could be a definite decider, if there is any. Seeing as Q has some present carriage, and correct me if I am wrong but has mentioned the term “International” in a PR some where along the line, it would definitely be easier to pitch to SKY because things are already on the move. Franks ties to the UTRECHT games may just have an opportunity to open the door and expand on the international issue.

So as you said many times Whiz, is all we had to do was launch.

You just never know what the possibilities may be. Assets could be a definite decider, if there is any. Seeing as Q has some present carriage, and correct me if I am wrong but has mentioned the term “International” in a PR some where along the line, it would definitely be easier to pitch to SKY because things are already on the move. Franks ties to the UTRECHT games may just have an opportunity to open the door and expand on the international issue........."

I hear you B-W-B!!!!!!

Many possibilities are open right now!
