Anyone use them? I joined Monday funded my account with qchecks. The account shows it has the cash in it. So I go to buy a stock this morning and the account is not able to trade yet. They make you wait 10 days for the first check to clear.
I hope they work out because I can save 50% of what I am paying for Etrade now. there was no minimum amount to open an account. Anyone have any good or bad stories to tell about these guys?

I like it so far but can't trade yet. I like Etrades power trader though for level 2. But ONCE MICROCaps gets L2 I will not need Powertade any more.

Alrighty then that sums it up. I think I made a good Choice then No pun intended. Cbrf2 what kind of L2? Just OTCBB or Pinks too? and is the Choicestream software by quotestream?

im not sure if its the quotestream one, but if u email them and ask for a demo, then they'll give u a temp. log in and password and u can access it. Its 15 minute delay, but its a regular level 2 and u can see how it works. Its for otc's and pinksheets, as well as the other markets, if im not mistaken. But dont quote me on that

Choicetrade does make you wait 10 days or until you prove by faxing the cleared check on your first deposit, but, after that first clear, their great - a QCheck takes 15-20 minutes to be put in your account, great cust svc, good execute times etc..

Everything I have read on this board from previous posts till now choicetrade has been the top pick. just do a search on choicetrade this topic has been brought up before.

teh easiest way to fund a choicetrade account is by wire, they will credit your account within 2 hrs.! and you can start trading right away .. Besides they dont charge any wire fees.. ABSOLUTELY THE BEST online direct access broker. PERIOD

to tell the truth, their execution time is pretty damn fast. Ill put an order in, and within maybe 5 seconds, its clear. Now that solely depends on how much ur limit price is, of course, lol.

I think stops are a .05 limit.....I know that's on Etrade....thanks guys...

Just tried a stop order in Etrade...message follows: "The stop price must be at least 10 cents below the current bid (5 cents for stocks with a bid price under $5.00). Please correct the stop price and re-enter your order."
