I think that support is around 0.0055 and 0.006, although there is a gap to fill at 0.005. Then there's the few who had sold yesterday and won't be able to buy back in until the 3 day settling period. So, I'm going to get back in between 0.005 and 0.0055 or Friday and Monday, whichever comes first.

I got to say Dog you pick some gems and a not so often dud but you are second to none on the sell with profit disipline. That is the hardest thing to do. I seee many doing this free share thing with profits and it has never worked for me either. I like others need to hone my selling on the profit skills a bit better.

Thanks for the compliment sync. It was hard for me in the beginning also, but it is the main factor that has turned me into what I consider to be a pretty decent trader.

Yes I would like to see this go lower. Just made some bank on a real estate deal and need somewhere to park some cash. I was about to buy in the low .0060`s but got distracted and whamo......up she went. In any case the pr`s stae this will not be up and running for some time so some lean days are surely ahead.

Yup Marva, not the first time it runs without news....something is up...maybe a nice PR cause it's been a long time now.I also believe it's a long term hold but one can also make good bank on it as today.I saw it poping and i canceled my 0.015 order without regret.Despites it's a penny i consider it as a LT.

Drop so I can buy more darn it. The s-8 with the added shares hit the pps hard for the near term but should be no big deal long. This sure is a roller coaster !

The S-8 is an issuance of about 161 million additional shares of stock. It will dillute the market and create more supply of shares which typically brings the price down. However, it should only be temporary in this case unless they release more in the near future...
Good product, if they run the company right this should only be a small setback in pps which makes for a nice buy opportunity.
Item 3.02 Unregistered Sales of Equity Securities Pursuant to the "safe harbor" private offering exemption provided by Rule 506 of Regulation D under Section 4(2) and of the Securities Act of 1933 (the "Exemption"), on October 22, 2004, in exchange for six (6) creditors of the Company (the "Creditors") terminating approximately $939,402 in debts of Itec Environmental Group, Inc. (the "Company") and releasing the Company from any and all liability in connection therewith, the Company sold 97,886,107 shares of the Company's common stock to the Creditors pursuant to Settlement and Release and Subscription Agreements (the "Settlement Documents").
For purposes of the Exemption, the Company relied upon (i) certain representations and warranties of the Creditors made pursuant to the Settlement Documents and certain Investor Questionnaires relative to their review of certain information provided and disclosed to them by and about the Company and their accredited or unaccredited status (as those terms are used in the Securities Act of 1933) and (ii) its own independent investigation to confirm the Creditors representations and warranties.

Dilution could cause ITCV to fall somewhere between .001 and .002 before the reverse split twenty days from now. That would give it a market cap that corresponds to the .004 - .008 price range we saw last week and this week. The price per share on the second round of debt to equity seems to be significantly lower than the first round.
