it seems like for past few days the directors/officers have been buying a lot of the stock, raising 71.62% since 3/18th, first insider buyer.

But the company still doesn't generate cash flow from operation, which is very doubtful. The company's fiscal year ends at April 30th. I am not very sure what to expect at this moment, is it already peaked out? is the company generating cash this year?

"In view of the rising demand for energy, the high price of oil and shrinking reserves, many countries are facing the challenge of developing alternative energy sources and prioritizing their utilization. Morocco has recognized the strategic importance of renewable energy early, and has compiled a law (EEG Morocco), to promote R&D and utilization of clean renewable energy, to improve energy security and protect the environment, while supporting lasting economic and social development of Morocco," commented His Excellency Mohammed Rachad Bouhlal, Morocco's ambassador to Germany, Mr. Elbied, CEO and President of Majdaline Group and Dr. Ayaita, Professor of Electrical Engineering, University of Kassel, Germany, in a joint statement. "We are impressed by Quantum and Asola and their extensive background in clean and renewable energy systems and look forward to a long- term collaboration with them."

"Our business model of centralized technology development and global procurement, coupled with local manufacturing, is an attractive solution for Morocco", said Reinhard Wecker, Founder and CEO of Asola. "We are pleased by the support and backing of the Government of Morocco for this joint venture, which will open the door to the growing solar markets in Northern Africa."

Quantum and Asola have recently announced tripling of the plant capacity in Germany and also expansions into Korea and Italy. Quantum holds a 25% stake in Asola, and has initiated discussions related to an expanded partnership in a "Centralized Holding Structure". {"s" : "qtww","k" : "c10,l10,p20,t10","o" : "","j" : ""} With a base price of $87,900 (USD), the Fisker KARMA is scheduled to begin delivery in November, 2009. Quantum will supply its proprietary "Q-Drive" high-performance plug-in-hybrid electric vehicle architecture for the current Fisker Hybrid sedan as well as all future Fisker models. The Q-Drive plug-in hybrid electric drive system is designed to achieve 50 miles of zero emission, battery-only range while providing combined gasoline-electric hybrid operation to enable uncompromised vehicle range and performance. The Q-Drive system will be integrated into a unique chassis developed by Quantum that will enable optimizing the performance and vehicle dynamics. Benefits of the Q-Drive system include optimized fuel efficiency and superior performance, unchanged refueling infrastructure, and home-based battery recharging with any 110-volt outlet or, as an option, 220/240-volt fast-charging using Quantum's solar energy powered re-charging station. With this balance of electric and gasoline range, Fisker Automotive estimates that most KARMA drivers who charge the KARMA overnight and commute less than 50 miles per day will be able to achieve an average fuel economy of 100 mpg (2.4L/100km) per year.

The production model to be featured at the 2009 NAIAS will include an upper grill that is graphically enhanced, being slightly larger towards the outer corners. The lower air intake has been enlarged to allow for more airflow and underneath the rear bumper, an aerodynamic diffuser includes the integration of a cooling cover for the electric drivetrain.

To optimize cooling and aerodynamics, the exhaust pipe from the Internal Combustion Engine (ICE) is routed directly out behind the front wheels. A small functional side vent will release the hot air when the ICE engine is turned on. The Fisker KARMA also features a complete flush B-pillar. The B-pillar is a safety feature and already fulfills the proposed 2012 rollover protection safety regulations.

Underneath the KARMA is an all aluminum spaceframe made in cooperation with Norsk Hydro. The exterior body is a combination of aluminum panels and composite panels.

The KARMA has a unique sustainable interior strategy. The design of the interior cabin is a luxurious tailored space for four adults. The interior will be unveiled for the first time in its final form at the 2009 NAIAS.

The vehicle's ride and handling is decisively sporty and includes very responsive steering. The KARMA's long wheel base, wide track and low center of gravity provide excellent cornering and stability at highway speeds.

Quantum's innovative powertrain, Q-drive, utilizes a large, powerful lithium ion battery and a powerful 2-liter direct injected turbo-charged 4-cylinder gasoline engine developing 260 hp, which enables the KARMA to achieve a continuous top speed of 125 mph and a 0-60 of 5.8 seconds. The large powerful lithium ion battery provides 22.6 kWh, which has unique control software. The two powerful electric motors deliver a combined 408 hp.

The Fisker KARMA will be assembled by Valmet Automotive in a highly automized assembly facility. Valmet Automotive is currently producing the Porsche Boxster and Porsche Cayman. The first Fisker KARMA will be delivered to customers in November 2009. Yearly volume is anticipated to reach 15,000 cars per year.

A total of 40 retailers for the U.S. will be established by October 2009. Fisker Automotive will announce 20 of their Retailers in January 2009. European pricing will be announced at the International Geneva Motor Show in March, 2009.

Henrik Fisker, CEO of Fisker Automotive, stated, "We are very excited to be bringing the Fisker KARMA back to NAIAS. In the year since we debuted the KARMA, the reception we've received has been tremendous. I'm proud to announce at this time that we are already sold out on the car until mid-2010."

Alan P. Niedzwiecki, President and CEO of Quantum, stated, "We are pleased with the development and integration of the Q-Drive architecture and the early success of this vehicle program."

Founders: Henrik Fisker and Bernhard Koehler
VC investment over the last four quarters: $90.5 million

Henrik Fisker and Bernhard Koehler met at BMW, where both worked as auto designers (Fisker is credited with designing the Z8). In 2007, they founded Fisker to build plug-in hybrid luxury cars, with the goal of selling to car buyers who want to improve their impact on the environment but not have to make a compromise when it comes to style. The 45-employee company, which is still in the development stage, is predicting the recession will improve by midyear 2009 and that consumers will be turning to eco-friendly cars for good, explains Fisker spokesperson Russell Datz.

Key to startup success: "Have a solid business plan and stick to
deadlines."

Exclusive to Fisker Automotive, Q-DRIVE(R) provides the best combination of power, efficiency and low emissions. The system is comprised of two 201hp electric motors powered by an advanced lithium-ion technology battery pack. A generator attached to a turbocharged 2.0-liter Ecotec(R) direct injection (D1) gasoline engine provides extended range capabilities.

"More than 75 percent of America's 200 million drivers travel less than 50 miles per day. With Q-DRIVE(R), the Karma can do that without using a drop of gas.
This proprietary powertrain will provide a base for all future model derivatives from Fisker Automotive," said Alan Niedzwiecki, CEO Quantum Technologies.

Q-DRIVE(R) features two operating modes: Stealth Mode and Sport Mode. In electric-only Stealth Mode, drivers can travel emission free for up to 50 miles on a full charge from any 110-, 220- or 240-volt electric outlet. A total range of up to 300 miles is estimated in Sport Mode, which utilizes the efficient
Ecotec(R) gasoline engine to turn a generator that powers two electric motors on the rear differential.

With over 60% of the public driving less than 50 miles per day, a fully charged Karma can achieve an annual average of more than 100 miles per gallon. With a top speed of 125 mph and a 0-60 mph time of 5.8 seconds, the Karma is the world's first true premium plug-in hybrid sports sedan. The Karma's low center of gravity and performance-oriented, A-arm suspension system offer a world class driving experience. Tall, wide tires deliver immense lateral grip while electrohydraulic disc brakes provide effortless stopping power.

LUXURY AND STYLE

Karma's exterior design features the continual flow of sculpture and dramatic proportion that is signature Fisker style. A low, wide stance and raised front fenders offer the driver a unique view of the car's design. Modest changes from the original Karma prototype include an enhanced upper grill and an enlarged lower intake for improved airflow. A new aerodynamic diffuser under the rear bumper helps cool the electric drivetrain. Instantly recognizable, the Karma also benefits from having the world's largest continuously formed glass solar panel roof on a car -- an industry first and a standard feature on all Karma sedans.

"From initial concept to final production, it is important for Fisker to maintain a singular design language and to keep the integrity of the original design, inside and out. Extreme proportions, beautiful sculpture and earth-friendly materials are key elements that set the Karma apart," said Fisker Automotive, Inc. CEO Henrik Fisker. "An inspiring drive is also an important and crucial element. Our hope is that the Fisker Karma will create a new segment of eco-friendly transportation and will become the most desirable plug-in hybrid sports sedan available."

A desirable car of any kind requires an inviting cockpit. Fisker's interior design team focused on sustainable design held accountable to the environment.
Inspiration from nature's timeless beauty and the quality of classic design composition provided immense inspiration. Karma's Sustainable and Accountable Design is reflected in the use of reusable materials enhanced with modern technology. For example, wood trim is sourced from non-living trees: 'Fallen Trees' that have succumbed to age ; 'Rescued Trees' burned in forest fires; and 'Sunken Trees' lying in American lake bottoms.

Karma's instrumentation and controls focus on ease of use. Embedded in the layered EcoGlass(TM) center console is a 10.2-inch touch sensitive screen controlling HVAC, audio and other vehicle systems. LCD gauges behind the steering wheel provide display critical information like battery charge and vehicle speed.

"The Karma's material philosophy balances sensuality and accountability," said Fisker. "We have gone to great lengths to use only environmentally conscious, classic automotive materials that support a commitment to our eco initiatives.
At Fisker Automotive we are trying to inspire change for the better Karma buyers will choose from three trim levels: EcoBase(TM), EcoSport(TM) and EcoChic(TM).
The most advanced sustainable material series, EcoChic, is based on an animal-free approach that still offers a luxurious environment. Leath er is replaced by 100% Bamboo Viscose, a soft hand textile, while EcoGlass(TM) trim frames authentic fossilized leaves. Karma's EcoSport(TM) series incorporates hand-wrapped premium leather using a 100% sustainable manufacturing strategy, which minimizes the number of hides required and highlights natural markings."

2010 FISKER KARMA
DEFINING THE FUTURE: FISKER AUTOMOTIVE UNVEILS 2010 FISKER KARMA PREMIUM PLUG-IN HYBRID PRODUCTION CAR

100mpg Fisker Karma Makes its World Wide Premiere at the 2009 North American International Auto Show

DETROIT , MI .

Fisker Automotive, Inc., the new American manufacturer of premium green automobiles, unveiled its first production car -- the 2010 Fisker Karma – at the 2009 North American International Auto Show (NAIAS) in Detroit today. With a starting price of $87,900, 1,000 orders for the 100 mile-per-gallon luxury plug-in hybrid have been received since the prototype debuted at the 2008 NAIAS. Karma deliveries are scheduled to begin in the fourth quarter of 2009 through the Fisker Automotive Retail network. More information can be found online at www.fiskerautomotive.com

The four-door, four-seat Karma fuses the traditional and timeless styling of veteran auto designer and Fisker Automotive CEO Henrik Fisker, with Quantum Technologies' clean Q-DRIVE® plug-in hybrid powertrain to become the world's first luxury plug-in hybrid car.

Q-DRIVE®: POWERFUL TECHNOLOGY
Exclusive to Fisker Automotive, Q-DRIVE® provides the best combination of power, efficiency and low emissions. The system is comprised of two 201hp electric motors powered by an advanced lithium-ion technology battery pack. KARMA PRODUCTION & DELIVERY
To meet production goals, Fisker turned to Valmet Automotive in Finland to build the Karma. Delivery of the more than 1,000 pre-ordered Karmas will begin this year. To commemorate initial production, the first 99 examples will be trimmed to match both interior and exterior specifications of the Karma prototype originally showcased at the 2008 NAIAS. Each will feature a personalized plaque with a designated car number and signature from Henrik Fisker

Also at the heart of defining the future is Fisker's retail network. A selective process to support initial deliveries is underway and interest from established dealers is high. Customers can expect a high level of service from retail partners that share their environmental and energy values.

IRVINE, Calif., Aug. 18 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Quantum Fuel Systems Technologies Worldwide, Inc. ("Quantum") (Nasdaq: QTWW - News) today announced that its affiliate company Fisker Automotive made its Karma PHEV's driving debut over the weekend, just 19 months after being introduced as a concept.

(Photo: http://www.newscom.com/cgi-bin/prnh/20090818/LA62799)

The 403hp Karma Plug-in Hybrid Electric Vehicle (PHEV) attained a speed of 100 mph, but used no gasoline as it made its way around Mazda Raceway Laguna Seca during the Rolex Monterey Historic Automobile Races.

The Fisker Karma can reach 60mph in six seconds and has a top speed of 125mph, while also achieving well over 100mpg. Carbon emissions are also lower than today's hybrids. The Karma proves that fuel-efficient, low-emission vehicles can also generate the passion and excitement that made us fall in love with cars in the first place.

The Karma PHEV's clean Q-Drive powertrain was designed and engineered by Quantum at its Advanced Vehicle Concepts Center located in Lake Forest, California. Q-Drive delivers a peak torque of 959 foot-pounds, and incorporates a number of innovations in energy storage, electric drive architecture and control strategies. The Karma has a range of 50 emission-free miles on a full charge of its Lithium-ion battery, and a total range of 300 miles thanks to an on-board generator coupled to a traditional but efficient 260hp, four-cylinder gasoline engine.

"Our team has more than a decade of experience in developing innovative technologies designed for high volume production", commented Alan P. Niedzwiecki, President and CEO of Quantum. "We are pleased at the progress of development and validation of the Q-Drive architecture, which delivers the ultimate combination of performance, range and efficiency".
