LOL. I'm already out. I didn't get in until later than you, had to sell a couple of things at the open to free up cash, so I got in at 11.25ish and out at 11.82.
Although if you just sold out I'm tempted to get back in Posts: 5508 | From: Southeastern PA | Registered: Jan 2006

Anyway, thank you for the heads up on that one. Even if it runs more tommorrow, I am satisfied with the 5% for now. It's better than losing thousands in one day (thanks FRPT and PAY). I need to recoup some of my many losses and a little at a time may have to be the way to do it.

If I had to pick one of the two, I'd go with NCS because it's down like 30% in just over a week.

hmm, put a sell order in at $26.92, and it supposedly hit a high of $26.95 but my order never filled. I hate quirks like that because it makes analyzing historical data so hard.

Did you get in? Looks like an actual entry at the market open would have been about $4.17. Hasn't yet hit 5% from there, but was close. Wouldn't surprise me to see it get there in the afternoon.

Nope, just watching on paper M8. I would be in for a few days on this one. Prolly out as a whole till next year - just a couple small positions here and there for now. Put me on Paper at 4.20 for 250. I saw your alert at 7:30 this am. This needs to break through the 50 RSI imo. If it does Cool!

Well, today was a good example of why paper trading doesn't always mimick real trading. If you said "Okay, I'd have gotten in at 25.59, and sold for a 5% gain at $26.87, since the high was $26.95".
But in reality, I don't recall seeing trading get any higher than $26.70ish, I think.
Oh well...
So anyway, results for today are:
VC gapped up and opened at $4.23, but you would have probably gotten in at about $4.17, and it closed about even from there.
NCS I got in at $25.55, set a sell for $26.92 that never filled, so I am still holding it at a whopping 1/4% gain Posts: 5508 | From: Southeastern PA | Registered: Jan 2006

No buy signals for symbols starting with A-M. Second half analysis is running now.

Okay, first half finished. No new signals. Second half should be done in like 20 minutes, I think.

My combined on those same two is about 8% because I got in later on NCS and I guess I sold it a bit too soon. (but I was negative on that one as of yesterday so no worries)

VC (the other one from Monday) is having a nice day today. Up over 8%, and since it was down a bit from monday's open, just now crossed the 5% threshold (opened at 4.23 monday, now at $4.46)
Now 3 for 3 since tracking started (2 for 2 with buys).

Yeah Jo, that's exactly right. Looks like they were buying more. But like a wise person once said "Plan your trade, and trade your plan", so I'm not considering buying back in, nor would I have held longer if I saw that before I sold
Hope you have a happy holiday season!
