Our first priority after having reviewed and assessed the company status from previous management's failure and neglect of their duties is to pursue various funding options to resolve all regulatory issues outstanding and bring the company into compliance with all filing requirements.

This part sounds like they are in the digging up fund phase just to afford to hire legal people to straighten things out.
In other words have got no where yet.

10 thats right, I called last week and dialed the 1074 number instead of the 1075. The lady told me she was very tired of getting calls for Conversion Solutions, since JMS const is the only business in the building. The other number was supposed to be for taking names and numbers to forward to Randy Mosely.
This Rufus guy has me beside myself with the way he works.

OK, good luck. I'm in that DPDW deal right now waiting to see whats going to come of that. Looks like a good established company. Shares are low right now. Hopefully they won't stay that way. Trying to recoup some losses from Rufus escapade.

Rufus did say he planned this for years. Probably did a lot of work on the disappearing part too. [Mad]

Perhaps Arlitt wants to be sure that his communications stay out of the hands of Rufus, who owns CVSU.US

Sword of Truth:
if you like fantasy? this is pretty good stuff:

The Sword of Truth, written by Terry Goodkind, is an epic fantasy series encompassing the stories of a diverse cast of characters. Each volume is self-contained, in that the primary conflicts of each novel are resolved within that novel; however, binding it together are the delicately interwoven threads of the many underlying characters and ongoing events throughout the works of this highly complex series.

Thus far, it consists of ten novels and one novella, with the eleventh novel (to be released in 2008) contracted to be the last in the current arc. Although the current storyline will conclude, Terry Goodkind s

i prefer Jordan's Wheel of Time tho... and Goodkind seems to me to have been writing his series after reading Jordan... too many coincidences IMO.. [Big Grin]

No... a couple of days before...
It's kinda funny because the little kids made up this big count down chart...and every night we mark off of day and do a lil' dance...
We put yellow ribbons on the trees and all...
We had put them up when he left...But we have moved...although...the old house still has the ribbons up...

and to top it off my Female Leonberger is due to have her pups while he is home...

We are very excited...for all that January brings...hopin' that CSHD will be one of those!

OT: Since we are still in the wait mode I found a stock that is looking pretty good just wanted to pass it a long. I've done a bit of DD and would welcome anyone else interested to add to it. This is not a recommendation. Take a look and do your own DD.

I have not been on since Wednesday and was just catching up.

I just wanted to thank those of you who have supported me and my character over the last few days when I was not available to defend myself. It is greatly appreciated.

Those who know me have learned that there has never been a hidden agenda or any fabrication in any of the DD I bring to this or any other board. What I was simply trying to do was restore some level of confidence to those who were beginning to lose faith.

I reached out to and old friend because I felt we all needed to hear something...anything. I discussed this subject with him specifically. The post / info that you all read on Wednesday came with his full endorsement.

There is nothing I can do about those of you who have doubts about the authenticity of my conversation and post the other day. I guess the message was not for you. For that...and that alone, I apologize.

**side note**

Ever notice how terrible lengths that some websites go to for business? Tasteless- Read this email I got from a service I use when digging into phone numbers:

[PASTED FROM EMAIL]
Hey Frank,

Ever found a "suspicious" number that kept appearing on your
lover's cell phone?

You know... the kind of number that appears more than once,
but ISN'T saved in the address book...

The kind of number that gets you thinking...

What if... ?

Is there something going on BEHIND YOUR BACK that you don't
know about?

How would you even KNOW?

It's a fact that infidelity and "cheating" are frighteningly
commonplace in today's society. A recent survey found that
at LEAST 1 in 6 people who are MARRIED have had an affair.

Wow.

Now just think of how many people have cheated during a
relationship where the couple ISN'T married-- and it seems
"less harmful" to do so.

It's pretty scary to think about.

So if you've found a "suspicious" number in your lover's
phone, DON'T JUST IGNORE IT. You may end up causing yourself
more future heartbreak and turmoil.

The solution is to DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT.

Now, I would say, "Confront the person and be honest about
your concern"... but of course, most of us would be too
scared to do that. Especially if the number turned out to be
a false alarm.

Right?

So what's the solution?

Well, for starters, you CAN find out more information about
the phone number in question.

Within 5 minutes you could know:

>> Whether it's a cell phone, landline, or pager
>> Who owns the phone number
>> The address history and records for the number
>> Where the number is located
>> And more...

The way to do all this is through a REVERSE PHONE LOOKUP.

Of course, you already know this, right? That's why you came
to my website after all... to search for information
regarding xxxxxxxxxx, right?

Well, I think it's time you knew the truth. Download your
search results instantly for xxxxxxxxxx.

No one will ever know about your search-- the information
will be held strictly confidential. Just click here:
