MAN! Rufus can talk! Good thing I almost always like what he is saying.

So it sounds like if he can keep his mouth shut and not get arrested in court this morning. We may be trading again as early as this afternoon. LOL!

I would say he his chances are about 50/50. HA HA!! [Big Grin]

Can't believe he is going to court to show them three documents he had the where-with-all to file with the court several months in advance.

Kinda like playing poker against the guy who built the casino, made the cards, and delt you your hand.

I think he likes it this way. Im sure the first time around he did it by the book....maybe even the second. This time he said screw the book and did it his way. If it works, i see a lot of CEOs shovin that book up some warm places

That is not what I heard last night. 10 "business" days from when he notifys NASD. Which may be (most likely) today, but definitely will not happen till the SEC investigation is done. Making the earliest possible day Wed. Nov. 8th.

Xtra 6 shares will come 10 business days from today. (or whatever day he squares with SEC, should be part of PR after court today)

Yes SherriT ~ Rufus ain't No Dufus. HA!

Yet he sometimes shows a complete lack of judgement, like when he called the SEC investigator an "Idiot". ROTFLMAO!

for those of you interested in reading the briefs and the results of today's court scene, the results will be posted here after they are written up by the court clerk.

Bravo to those who listened to the interview and provided the re-cap. I was unable to get in to SPR to listen. Looks like Rufus might have to play himself in the movie...can't think of anyone who could pull it off just like he could.

I have customers in town today, so I will be in and out all day. I have to baby sit them...you know how that goes. Can someone PM any news to me if / when it comes out? If Rufus is in jail, I don't want to hear about it. [Razz]

I finally broke down and paid Simon's $5 VIP fee last week since Rufus likes to do the marathon interviews, and I am tired of hearing it second hand. It paid off last night. I heard him loud and clear, and anyone who listened could probably put a decent timeline of events for the next couple of months for this company. I highly suggest investors try and catch the loop on SP that runs today. It was a good interview. (Not pumping SP, just saying Rufas "said" alot.)
