All I am thinking right now is that I have funds in pending state at Etrade. I know it is painful for others to watch this but inside I am saying "booo yaaaa". Comon ETurd release the hounds!

What I am guessing at this point is that the numbers listening to Simon just were not that great last night. However many listeners he has, 200 on paltalk, HSM and Allstocks running stenotype. I just wonder how many of the 15K some odd investors on that NOBO were listening. This drop could be part of that no confidence vote I and a few of us were speculating about yesterday afternoon when considering the 10-K deadline and the NT 10-K deadline.
I know I was thinking that the MM's would try and walk it down to atleast 2 bucks. I feel differently now with the interview behind us, but I wonder how many did not hear it or of it.

exactly Tax, many did not hear the interview and have writen off CSHD and sold. As far as your post stating you might go with 80% cert 20% electronic in your account, I feel that is the way to play it. JMO

Tax, at the begining of the talk last night...I missed it what did Rufus say he was waiting on for the 10k? As the talk went on I heard him say about the other deals that he wanted to add but he was waiting on something else...what was it?

The real question is how many would be investors heard the interview? How much new money will come in to counter any selling. Now keep in mind that as the day goes on the SubPenny interview will be playing as it is looped through out the day.
We've only been trading for a little more than 1/2 hour I'd say that the jury is still out at this point.

well... i was gonna say i was glad i added at 2.70 yesterday... lol still not complaining. but... i havn't been able to read everything yet. you guys were saying something about buying after the 29th... something about not buying shares and buying air? so are you guys telling me that i just wasted my money and bought air? if i bought those shares, and they're in my account... wouldn't scotty have to honor them? you all may have went over this... i just got online now and will start reading but if anyone can fill me in about this it would be appreciated...

He is waiting on the list from ADP the NOBO list dated 9/29/2006. According to what he said he should be getting it Thursday.

They were waiting on the 29th to happen, but now they are waiting for this weeks two big deals to be written into the "forward looking statements" "current events" Said they could have and had planned on the 13th of September until the SHO list info hit and then felt like they had to complete the cert exchange.

I don't think that there is anything that Scotty or anyone else can do to take those shares away from you. If your account says that you own them, you own them. Its not your fault if Scotty is selling non-existant shares.

He was commenting on the fact that there were new MM's that have not been on this stock before, he said to watch, He said that we needed to think about that... I took it as a good thing...

thats what i was thinking but then i was skipping around the 15+ pages since yesterday after close and i read that about "after the 29th buying air" and i was a little confused. not sure how that would even work... one day you have x amount of shares and the next they just disappear? lol... anybody smell a lawsuit?

I've had my shares since june 14th. I would sure hope that I have my shares. I am wondering if I should call the TA though? Has anybody else made that call.
