From VMDG to PHGI opening on 25 Oct 06. John H. Beebe has a mission.
I copied the VMDG thread into this since much DD has already been done. I urge anyone considering this to know this was a shell and without DD you could be jumping in to a VERY volatile PK. A new PK. I am posting this as something to watch and see what happens not as a buy recommendation.

I looked a little into this. VMDG has been apperantly aquired by Perihelion glodal. I have not found any stock under the name Perihelion. They also according to the news wire aquired rights to a gold claim from a co named Saturday night LLC. If you take the time to research it through the Utah bureau of land mgt there should be a claim filed . The claim no is 5797 according to Perihelion news release.If you find more about this I would be glad to see it posted.

Probably has some other announcements up his sleeve as well. Look at the guy's previous history. Beebe is a STUD in stuff like this.

Ok kids here it is! I did some checking with Utah BLM the mine claim is on record with them and was filed under the name saturday night llc. Sautrday night llc however so far dose not have a business license [ I checked with the county] which means they are not doing any mining they just own the claim. As for VMDG the last filing they did was april 2005 lets hope tho see something soon! And last but not least Perihelion global all I have found is their website so far which is perihelion.com.

I would like to start with a current share structure. And then if possible a sec filing showing the merge and acquisitions. And then if possible intentions of becoming a fully reporting company. I understand growth takes time but when I see a company that has changed venues Formerly=Bonanza Gold Corp. until 8-98 Formerly=GoldEye USA, Inc. until 2-04 Formerly=Sierra Diamond International, Inc. until 4-04 Formerly=ITOS, Inc. until 8-04 Formerly=Satellite Phone Source, Inc. until 4-05
like this, I like to see a little more than a lot of PR. Is there equipment available to start mining? Will this be sub contracted? are there any employees with VMDG? I'd say John has his work cut out for him. Good luck. As a potential investor I look forward to seeing transparency unfold and a stable company grow.

Thanks for the info. I am just starting to research this venture. I have a lot of catching up to do. From what I have gathered so far which is just the tip of the glacier it looks pretty good. My earlier post is what I would look for straight away. I understand more now that this is still in the merge process and will take some time to come to life. I'm a left over bagholder of the old VWKM. Beebe bought this shell from the former owners. As far as I can tell there isn't any relationship between Beebe and Astrom but just so people know there are a lot of bag holders freom the VWKM fiasco who aren't very happy. Me, Hey I played a stock and got took. Was the first but I'm sure it won't be the last. I own a few shares here not worth much but will be looking at what the new Owner/CEO actually does prior to dumping or increasing my shares. By the way I have Scottrade and my dividend shares are still restricted. Those of you who had restricted shares through TDA might want to be careful considering the past few fiasco dealing with TDA and restricted stock. Don't sell and then be caught having to cover at a higher price. Might be worth giving Beebe a call and seeing if the company actuall unrestricted the shares or if TDA possibly made another mistake. That phone call could save you a lot of money.
This being a pink sheet, I don't think we will be seeing any filings in the near future.

Yep. Let's see if anything is announced on Monday. Something while transpire soon. I am pretty jazzed about this stock, for one the fundamentals of the gold mine and two - based on John H. Beebe past track record.
Mr Beebe is still held in such high esteem by people that did business with him previously for his accomplishments. Talking to some of them in my DD from when he was at Global eTelecom, even his competitors still greatly respect this guy and his ability to get things accomplished. There was not one did not one person who doubted that Perihelion is going to be a massive success. That really says something. Plus I did research into articles he wrote, and all of the Press Releases done while he was at Global eTelecom - They were all true and factual. This guy simply seems to just deliver.
This is my two cents from my own DD. I buying this stock and holding on to it. Do your own DD before you invest. I am sure once you do, you will reach the same conclusion as I have.

Having the CEO post on a website (other than Rufas?) may be a bad thing or may not be depending on what they are selling. Still a ways to go IMO but something to watch.

From what I have been able to find so far everything is public knowledge on the internet. I'm sure there is more. Kudos to knowmoney for all his DD. Watching a new public company unfold will be quite interesting. beebe holds a lot of privates.

I am sure there are still plenty out there that are holding VMDG shares. I am watching this closely since it has been on my watch list since before the merge but I never got in. Then I missed the run. we'll see how it unfolds.

.29 pretty low volume. with the float where it is I am guessing shareholders have their fingers on the trigger but are curious to see what's going on. With 98% of the o/s controlled by beebe the big question would be will there be a split. Not a lot of action on some of the boards out there. Patients for now eh?

still researching but time is short. learning the past of someone you're considering vesting in is vital. much more to do but considering I haven't found a forum yet discussing this stock I'd say we're off to a great start. Watching the charts and judging where other stocks start I wouldn't put this at .29 Watching for the real direction of where beebe wants to go. Conference in Nov. should set the stage. ran out of edit time. was thinking about a form 10 or SB anything, something to get it rolling. And so far Ihub is the only one Ive seen talking about this. I would look for a split and a major drop in pps. this is just my guess but this needs to reset and start from the beginning. we shall see.

Somehow this needs to substantiate a market cap of around $15M. Obviously what you see is what you get. With only 1.8M shares free and the rest restricted (not sure for how long). either net worth needs to be proven to maintain .29 or there will need to be a split (my guess is a 1 for 10 F/S). Getting someone to buy at .29 won't be easy. A div offered split maybe like fishfarmer was thinking?

Def. goes back to the rule that you don't put in what you can't afford to loose. It could never come back. This company is empty. Nothing behind it right now with any real substance IMO. Beebe has a lot of private holdings and his past indicates he knows how to run things so I'm watching, a more thourough backgrond check of the directors and who he's already connected with are needed.

There is a slim possibility that the pps doesn't dive to sub penny and that it only dips 50 -60%. That's dreaming in pennyland (and does NOT refer to this stock at all) and then you might as well just wait until it hits bottom in sub penny land and get in there if it's worth it.
so in short, no splits are not good in pennyland, but if you see the right one in a million that won't dive into sub penny afterwards, then that would be the one time a split in pennyland would be worth it.
and now that I have contridicted myself enough for 1 day... cheers!

thanks for your response. i guess that was my point. there is no reason to split a penny. seems like these pennies that split do so to distract you from the fact that the company is junk. but i guess junk applies to 99.9% of these pinks and BB's so stock splits create hype when the actual company is junk. it just kills me when the company press releases say that the splits are a reward for shareholders. makes me laugh

Looks like they redesigned the site today as well to. Made some nice changes.
I must say, the conference call was very impressive. I encourage everyone to listen for themselves. Beebe fielded tough shareholder questions and answered them forthrightly for over an hour.
I do strongly believe that this company is going places quickly. Listen to the conference call and decide for yourselves.

You can draw your own opinions. PPS wise I will say I'm waiting. Boodogs target entry price is close to sub penny right now.
